Excellent Online Backup and Network Monitoring

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about NInjaOne platform is the monitoring of our devices and being able to search our old emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, just not knowing enough about NinjaOne and Sentinel One. But that is me not having the time to inquire or ask because of limited bandwidth overseeing the daily operations of a law firm. I really do, need to get involved and know all the benefits of our software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved being able to search our archived emails.

Custom Automated Install Scripts for 3rd-Party Apps Made Easy

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create custom automated install application scripts for 3rd party applications. Patch management is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja has created the ability to push out scripts, the ability to help debug or create custom scripts is very limited. It would be nice if there were more options for creating custom scripts, to upgrade currently installed applications. If an app is running there is no way in the install script to kill the app first so the update install app can run and update the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to remote into users computers and remotely support them. The new feature added to be able to show multiple screens was a great update, as almost everyone uses multiple screens now a days.

Fast, Intuitive RMM That Streamlines Device Management and Remote Access

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is its clean, intuitive interface and how easy it makes remote monitoring and management. It’s fast, reliable, and lets us efficiently manage devices, patching, and remote access from a single platform, which saves time and reduces complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike, but some advanced features and reporting options could be more customizable, especially for larger or more complex environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and monitoring endpoints from a single platform by centralizing patching, alerts, remote access, and automation. This improves efficiency, reduces downtime, and allows us to respond to issues faster with less manual effort.

Very good complete package: Top overview & strong patch management

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The overview of the computers with all parameters such as updates, device changes like LAN connection or load. I also find the patch management function and the clear display of the states of the entire structure good. It is a very good complete package that makes many things easier and is so unique on the market. We have already looked for alternatives but have come to the conclusion that we are best served with Ninja both in terms of scope and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no point found, and if something was unclear or not understood, we were always helped quite quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem is always having an overview, as we have many devices inside and outside, and there is not always an accurate overview of everything and everyone. That's where Ninja is the tool that makes everything easier for us. We also had a theft case and were able to locate the device using the IP address, as it was recorded when logging in.

It’s not a major issue, but I’m unable to bulk uninstall certain software through NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to monitor, manage, and patch all of our devices automatically in real time has been a major benefit for the team.

NinjaOne’s All-in-One Package: Support, Updates & Extensions Included

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about NinjaOne is the all-in package. Support, updates, extensions—everything is included in the price. The option to contribute ideas is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some smaller features missing that would make working with NinjaOne easier, for example pop-ups when a ticket comes in. But these are not major issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne eliminates our isolated solutions. It includes several tools in one: monitoring, backup, ticketing system, and patch management. It’s much more efficient to have everything in a single view.

A Simple, Powerful Tool That Makes IT Management Easier

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the patch managment features.(Especially the AI feature).
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering by users would be a great deal to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really love NinjaOne because it’s simple to use yet powerful enough to handle real-world IT needs. It’s an excellent starting point for entry-level IT staff, with an interface that’s intuitive and hard to mess up.
What I appreciate most is how much confidence it gives me when delegating tasks, automation, monitoring, and remote management just work, without constant babysitting. It saves time, reduces risk, and lets me focus on higher-priority work instead of firefighting

Buttery-Smooth Interface with Detailed Activity Logs and Handy Background Remote

  • January 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has a buttery-smooth interface and keeps detailed activity logs. The background remote feature is very useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I want to run an automation on multiple devices at once, there is no "Automation" view. I'd like to see every computer running that automation in one screen, along with success/failures and StdOUT/StdERRs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With NinjaOne, I can troubleshoot failed patching without bothering the end user, thanks to the remote CMD/PowerShell functions and background remote access. Compared with other RMMs I’ve used, this has been especially useful and makes the process much smoother.
