Great System Management

  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like it's ability to manage systems in the background and the introduction of the integrated AI shows that they are constantly improving the platform. That speaks volumes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tutorial videos are more commercial than instructional. Often, I have to find a way on my own as a result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know that I can answer this. For what I use NinjaOne for, there hasn't been too many hiccups. I did like that NinjaOne integrated CrowdStrike which made it easier to install remotely and aids in management.

The best RMM in my opinion.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Complete control over PCs, and a huge array of useful features. UI is very simple to navigate, new features are explained well and demoed by support regularly. The agent is the best I've come across (after using many in the last 10 years), easy to integrate and deploy in many ways. The ticketing system is incredible, on par with full blown solutions, and they just keep adding new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja is expensive, however the value for money is there. Plus with new asset management and other features, they are being able to replace existing systems, saving cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight into PC usage, with the new 90 day history. Ticketing system which is directly integrated with RMM, makes dealing with user problems much easier.

Powerful Automation and Seamless Remote Management

  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The automation capabilities are incredibly powerful. We’ve built a ton of them to handle everything from routine maintenance to custom workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report generation feature is not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 30 different office locations, plus remote workers. NinjaOne makes it easy to provide remote assistance to all of our users, regardless of where they are. With automations, we can make configuration changes to all of our 700 endpoints at the click of a button. We love how the custom fields tie into the automation system. Being able to write to custom fields and use them to build dynamic groups gives us a huge amount of flexibility. It lets us adapt our environment and target devices intelligently without any manual intervention.

Easy Setup, but Needs Comment Editing and Time Tracking Options

  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This is probably the easiest service management tool I've used, both in terms of installation and overall usability. The customer support is consistently excellent—they always respond promptly to any issues and provide proper resolutions. Additionally, this tool is very reasonably priced compared to other similar options available.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to edit comment and add time on tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were searching for a solution that would provide us with the flexibility to manage operating systems, hardware and firmware, as well as software patches and updates, effectively. NinjaOne not only proved to be an effective patching solution, but it also became our ITSM and remote management system. It offers many additional features that we are still exploring, and it has the potential to replace several of our existing tools. That means more savings!

NinjaOne Streamlines IT Tasks and Boosts Workflow Efficiency

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve really enjoyed being able to use PowerShell for employees from my desktop — it saves me a lot of time not having to go around to every computer to make changes. I write scripts and then run them on each computer from my office. I’m somewhat new to using NinjaOne, so I’m sure it has a lot more features that will help improve my workflow as I become more familiar with it.

The remote desktop feature is also nice to use and has helped with remote workers, letting me see what they’re doing. Lately, I’ve been using NinjaOne a lot for my workflow. My company is working toward higher network security, and it’s made it a lot easier to perform tasks and testing.

Customer service has been great — we had a payment issue, and I sent an email to their billing support. They had it fixed the next day since I sent it at the end of the workday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don't dislike anything, maybe the learning of all the amazing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently NinjaOne solves the ability for me to be able to test changes on employee computers without having to interrupt their workflow flow and that helps a lot.

NinjaOne just works and very easy to rollout

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been very easy to move over too. I have not had 1 single issue. I waited many years to take the leap and now I am wondering how I survived without it. Overall the solution's endpoint management has just been amazing. Their scripting and policy management stream lines a lot of the tasks I was doing manually and makes it fully automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything yet that I have not liked. Their PSA solution does lack a few key features, but I believe they will get these deployed and working soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to monitor things that I was doing manually and also I am able to fix problems faster with automated scripts that I can just deploy to all the devices. I have automated scripts that run on devices on a weekly basis that resolve many issues.

Powerful and Intuitive Platform with Occasional Endpoint Delays

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use platform. One of the best RMM platforms I have utilized.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the endpoint service is slow to check-in after restart etc., making the machine unavailable for 5-10 minutes. Other times the client reconnects automatically before the PC has finished loading Windows. This can be frustrating when connected with a live user for support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HAs been largely beneficial in our monthly maintenance efforts. Why rely on Ninja for 98%of our patch management needs.

NinjaOne: Intuitive, Centralized IT Management with Powerful Automation

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is its simplicity and centralized approach to IT management. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to deploy, monitor, and manage devices across multiple environments. I especially appreciate the automation features for patch management and scripting, which save a significant amount of time and reduce human error. The real-time monitoring and reporting tools also provide excellent visibility into system health, helping teams respond quickly to issues. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient tool for modern IT operations
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is a powerful and user-friendly platform, one area I think could be improved is the depth of some of the built-in reporting and analytics. For more complex reporting needs, it may be necessary to export data and utilize external tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving several key IT management challenges, particularly around remote monitoring, patch management, and endpoint visibility. Before using NinjaOne, managing devices across different locations was time-consuming and fragmented. Now, with its unified dashboard, I can monitor, support, and maintain all endpoints from a single pane of glass.

It has also streamlined patching and automation, which reduces manual workloads and improves system security. The ability to quickly respond to issues with remote tools, without needing to interrupt users, is a huge time-saver. Overall, NinjaOne helps increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and provide more proactive IT support.

Despite a few challenges with the Windows Update, NinjaOne’s advantages outweigh the drawbacks.

NinjaOne has scaled very well over the past year. Partnering with their experts team we have been able to resolve our issues and streamline our processes more.

We are moving to a more automated solution with in our IT team. The tools NinjaOne provides us have allowed for faster onboarding with minimal user interaction. The Patch Management has greatly increased our ability to monitor patches and schedule them more accurately across our entire environment.
