Cohesive Ticketing, Powerful Automation, and Fast, Knowledgeable Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use NinjaRMM every single day, and I love it! I really enjoy that I’m able to work cohesively with Ninja’s ticketing system, from customer requests all the way through connecting to servers or workstations, so I can help customers quickly. I also appreciate the automations, along with the ability to deploy installers or run commands to PCs in batches. I’ve really enjoyed being able to open a command-line window to run applications directly through the Ninja portal as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything about Ninja. Whenever I’ve had a problem or a question, support has been quick to respond and always seems to know the answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaRMM give me a one-stop-shop to access, manage, and control our organization and our customer organizations. It lets us focus on the problems at hand instead of the hassle of connecting to VPN and various remoting software. Ninja is the most comprehensive and powerful RMM tool that I have used in my professional career. I am proud to be a fellow Ninja!
Couldn't do my job without...
What do you like best about the product?
Just to name a few: the client is easy to install, and I can have eyes on pretty much everything at any given time. Recovering Bitlocker keys is also much simpler, as opposed to having to dig through M365 devices. My clients also love being able to use the client to connect to their work computer from home without needing a VPN.
What do you dislike about the product?
only downside is the ability to not store passwords that don't have a capital letter. My passwords are 15+ characters and I hate pressing the shift key...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping me in the know with what my clients have going on
Everything Under One Roof: Smooth, All-in-One Device & Software Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Ninja has everything I need under one roof. I can manage devices and software in one place, and I can even handle updates from there as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t run into any issues so far. Everything works great, and it’s been a smooth experience overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was having trouble managing all of our clients and backups across different systems. Ninja makes it easy for me to keep everything organized and manage all of our clients in one place.
Simple, Intuitive RMM with Fast, Knowledgeable Support and Regular New Features
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it. It is intuitive and easy to use. Thei customer support is fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. The feature set seems to expand every few months with something new!
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant think of anything offhand, we have used other RMM's such as Atera, Datto RMM, Kaseya VSA, Syncro and SuperOps, and while they aren't necessarily bad, they do not compare with Ninja RMM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation...we use a LOT of the Ninja Conditions and Compound Conditions to automate stuff.
NinjaOne: Easy to Use with a Reliable Remote Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that NinjaOne is easy to use and the remote tool seems to work well

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flexible, Forward-Thinking Remote Access—NinjaOne Connect Stands Out
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is how flexible and forward-thinking the platform is. They support multiple remote access tools like Splashtop and TeamViewer, which gives us options depending on the situation. What really stood out, though, was the release of NinjaOne Connect. Having a built-in remote tool with all the features we actually use shows they listen to their users and continue to invest in the platform instead of relying solely on third-party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Patch management is an area where NinjaOne still has room to improve. While we’ve made patching a major focus for our team, Windows updates don’t always deploy as smoothly as we’d like. We often find ourselves needing to connect to devices manually to push updates, which takes away from the automation we’re aiming for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us solve problems around repetitive manual work through script automation. Tasks like clearing temporary files or performing routine maintenance can be automated, which reduces the number of repeat issues and tickets. This allows our team to focus more on higher-value work instead of constantly reacting to the same problems.
NinjaOne’s All-in-One Feature Set Keeps Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of features NinjaOne has, and their constant development of new features. Seeing everything we need all in one place is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes getting support on issues can be difficult. Some issues can't be resolved, because an update changed something in the permissions/functions of something in Ninja that we were using, and then I have to submit a feature request to get it to function like it was before, which can take months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our OS and software patched, and making sure we have an easy to use ticketing system.
All-in-One Automation: Remote Access, Inventory & Patch Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja One automates all of our tasks, including patch management and software updates. What I like most is that it brings remote access, inventory, and patch management (among other functions) together in one easy-to-use platform, rather than having to rely on multiple separate tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found any downsides to using NinjaOne. The only thing we’re still waiting on is for their MDM product to be more feature-ready; once it is, we’ll likely switch to it, assuming the pricing makes sense for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Ninja One, we were using and licensing three other products, and managing them became a real balancing act. NinjaOne solved all of that by bringing everything together into one.
Ninja One Excels at Patching, RMM, Remote Access, and Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja One's patching, RMM, remote access, automation works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticketing platform could be a little better especially compared to other ticketing platform. Better reporting and built in dashboards is something that is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love that it has lots of tools built into it like remote access, patching, automation, ticketing, etc. which saves us from having to subscribe to multiple tool.
