Best RMM solution ever!

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Device management/monitoring and Patch management, Software deployment
What do you dislike about the product?
Still limited activities for Mac OS devices, and no more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees nationwide in the US. Always challenge for managing them with different time zone, but Ninjaone helped me a lot with patching and deploying our essential software to users right in time. A decent remote support tool added quality to our work.

Seamless Integration and Intuitive Features with Excellent Support

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Rather seamless integration, easy to add-in/enable new/add'l features, very intuitive, and GREAT support
What do you dislike about the product?
Not seeing much downside, but there are still a few features, navigation that could be improved w/in the portal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's taking care of our need for device/endpoint monitoring and it's now our portal and solution for ticketing, inventory and endpoint management as well.

NinjaOne Remote

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The remote desk function works really well, I don't lose connection even when the computer I'm remoting into is restarting. I get to choose which monitor I'm looking at just clicking on it (instead of having to adjust manually the vision I want, like I used to with other monitoring platforms), and the chat is very helpful. Also Customer Support works well, I like that I can book a meeting with someone to discuss anything on a videocall, within less than 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like so far is the fact that the default ticket template cannot be modify as of right now. You can have other templates but the employees would have to log in to see them. The default (the one they can access by clicking on the icon in the taskbar's system tray to submit an IT ticket) cannot be edited. An agent told me they were working on it, so I'm looking forward to that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem NinjaOne is solving is having to look for devices information and remote desk functions on one place, and attend IT tickets on another. Now we can have both things in the same platform and so far is been great, I think it saves us a lot of time and effort.

As an IT Manager, Ninjaone was the best bang for my buck. The value you get is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking forward to it getting it's own vulnerability scanner in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an excellent patch management system, and NinjaOne delivers.

Great Patch Management and Centralized Helpdesk, but Device Licensing Needs Improvement

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a huge fan of the patch management and centralized endpoint management. Within the last year, we have started to use it for our Helpdesk as well and it has really made things a lot easier for us to keep track of all the issues that come up. It is nice to have a lot of the information that we typically need located in a single interface. We are finding small things all the time that help us do things that would have otherwise taken much longer.

We also really like the idea that we can give other users access to a specific group of computers. This has come in very handy. We use this application every day, and it is the first think I log into when I come in every moning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to manage the devices and their licenses. In the past with our previous RMM we could remove a device, but tell it not to uninstall. That way if we had a suspicious device we could remove it, and if it came back we knew it was valid. I have had computers that changed names that Ninja didn't realize so we had two computers with different names, that we actually the same computer.

Customer Support isn't always the best. I have had great experiences, as well as not so great. It all depends on who you get, and if you get help or a link to something to read that may or may not help you. I wasn't contacting support to help me Google something, I was looking for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was able to combine things that we were using multiple platforms for, into one location. There is no one application that is going to do everything for you, but this one checked all the boxes that we needed.

NinjaOne Streamlines System Management and Remote Support for Busy IT Teams

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a busy Systems Administrator working in local government, I find NinjaOne's user-friendly interface greatly enhances my ability to multitask and stay productive every day. With just a quick glance, I can easily monitor the status of our systems, including critical updates, overall health, and warranty coverage. I frequently rely on Ninja's built-in sorting and filtering tools to thoroughly investigate specific areas of any system when I need more detailed information. Remotely assisting users has become much more convenient thanks to Splashtop—I can quickly connect, resolve their issues, and notify them once the work is complete. Implementation is so easy, too! Recently, we've been considering moving away entirely from another vendor due to its pricing, and we plan to use NinjaOne as our primary tool for accessing our servers from anywhere. When I need to reach out to customer support with a question or concern, I know I will get a timely response. I just can't think of another vendor who gives you so many great tools at such a great price.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I have any particular dislike for NinjaOne. I do wish that more than 2 admins could access a server at the same time, but it isn't a deal breaker for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team of 5, supporting 15+ local Government offices that are spread all over the city, NinjaOne saves us time, money and frustration. I can remote in to any device that needs attention and get an eye on it quickly. End users love that they don't have to wait for one of us to free up and drive across the city to help them, and I can multi-task without leaving my desk. I'm getting more done from 7AM to 4PM than ever before.

Huge step up from previous RMM utilities - best bang for buck

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The number of features available at the base pricepoint is impressive. I like the ease of install and management of endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the monitoring agent and remote control agents separate is a bit of a pain, but understandable given the different licensing tiers.
Occasionally, the agent will stop responding and it can be challenging to remediate without being in front of the endpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were first introduced to ninjaone due to some dissatisfaction with the previous RMM tool we were using. NinjaOne provided a much better end user experience at a more attractive pricepoint and helped us reduce our overhead budget by tens of thousands per year.

Great Features and Support, Desktop App is immature but has potential to be great.

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Robust platform with many valuable features. Excellent support, and very reasonable pricing. Remote Access serves as a reliable replacement for legacy TeamViewer functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app has lots of potential but is currently in beta with many shortcomings. Muti-factor authentication session TTLs are too low and require frequent reauthentication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access and systems monitoring, along with integrated antivirus reporting.
