NinjaOne is the key to understanding your Corporate Fleet

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data for device management offered. You can get a really detailed look under the hood of your company fleet with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
U/I is not the most intuitive and could be greatly improved by restructuring, ex: device scripts are hidden in submenus. There's a lot of insights per device presented, but it can be overloaded. While presented clearly enough, highlighting the most key or commonly used information would be go a long way to improving the overall already very good usability of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote company spread across the US and Canada with only a small IT team supporting 50+ users and their devices. The only way it is possible to manage and support that widespread team is through the endpoint management capabilities NinjaOne offers us. We veritably couldn't be in business without the detailed device insights NinjaOne provides us.

Just this week a user was unable to self-resolve an issue installing our VPN, but through NinjaOne I was able to discover his device had automatically installed a bloatware Antivirus program that was causing conflicts with our company deployed solution, blocking the VPN .exe from properly installing. NinjaOne's service helped us identify and resolve the issue that much faster, allowing critical work to keep flowing with minimal disruption.

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
ninjaOne has agents for all our OS environments, and enrollment of devices is a breeze. Integration with SentinelOne is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding OS patching for mac os through ninjaOne is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed two things: making sure OS patches the cover CVEs are installed and malware scanning is set up and running. Enrolling and setting up devices for those purposes is a breeze.

Great Mac integrations, but inconsistent OS behavior and confusing logins

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations and ease of use for Macs, alerting is simple and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Differences between OS uses, using the scripting tools could be a lot easier than they are and include far more basic options. Several mac users the app is installed but never starts (have not had the opportunity to troubleshoot beyond reinstalls). All windows devices with Windows Defender running report it not turned on. Haven't been able to figure out why end users have logins or when they log in they cannot see the devices assigned to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 requirements, inventory management

Great Patch Management and Remote Support.

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Remote support, patch management are the 2 main features we use and it has worked flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike. For the features I use, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support is a big assist for my team. We are a 50 acre campus and this comes in handy. Patch management is easy to deploy and the reporting is easy to view.

Straightforward Device Management with Stellar, Knowledgeable Support

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Adding devices to the console is straightforward, and managing them is just as easy. The implementation process is simple, and customer support is stellar and knowledgeable. My team uses this daily for monitoring, scripting, and taking action on devices. It was also very easy to implement and transition over from a previous tenant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the custom tagging and sort options were a bit more straightforward to implement. I've been able to accomplish what I've needed, however, I wish the "Tag" option to use for filtering and sorting were displayed by default rather than under additional filter options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching cycles, emergency patching, remote access, reporting, tagging and sorting

Powerful Custom Automations Make Patching and Vulnerability Remediation Easy

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Ninja One is how easy it is to create and customize your own automations. We use Ninja for patching, and being able to build our own automations to address and clear these vulnerabilities has been extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Ninja is how many APIs you have to use to access certain features. It feels like some of those capabilities could be built directly into Ninja instead of requiring additional API usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja has helped us solve a wide range of problems. We use Ninja for ticketing, RMM, patch management, and more, which has allowed us to streamline support and roll out patches faster—all within one intuitive solution.

Effortless to Use, Smooth Experience

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for remote access. Script running on remote computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Macs. Hard to get it installed if the end users doesn't know how to install apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason we went to Ninja is for it remote managment of Windows PC's - We had an issue where intune couldn't lockout windows end users. In the case of quick access with terminated employees we needed something that could lock pcs within seconds and ninja was the answer for that.
