Simple Endpoint Navigation That Scales Effortlessly Across Customers
What do you like best about the product?
Patching, remote control and software deployment. If clients don't have a device management in place, we can use Ninja.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching has been a big win for us since we adopted the product. The remote control tool has been another major win, especially because we had a lot of remote access issues in the past with other vendors. Software deployment has also become much easier and more straightforward.
We’ve also been making good use of the documentation features, which help us onboard clients smoothly and keep new customer devices maintained as we continue supporting them.

Clean, Reliable RMM with Smooth Deployment and Knowledgeable Support
What do you like best about the product?
Since my last review. one of the features that we requested in the improvements section has now been implemented. The platform continues to be easy to use and just works which is what we need after using alternatives in the past.
We have been able to deploy custom scripts reliably to help with onboarding new devices which is not a new feature but something we have recently tried and it works well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Similar to my previous review, there are still few downsides to the platform as improvements and the roadmap provide a good way for people to suggest and track improvements.

NinjaOne provides excellent patch management for both operating systems and third party software, with reporting that consistently shows high success rates. In my day to day support role, I regularly use Ninja Remote to access and support customers, which offers a quick and reliable way to remotely control devices and resolve user tickets.
The search functionality, along with the ability to save searches, has been particularly valuable when identifying devices based on specific operating systems, installed software, or other criteria. Having quick access to saved searches is something I use frequently.
Additionally, the ability to track and review all activity logged on a device has been a very useful tool for troubleshooting and auditing purposes.

Endpoint management, patch management, and remote maintenance in one – well documented
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint management, patch management, and remote maintenance – all in a single product. The documentation is very good, and I had a very competent contact person who was able to quickly assist me with any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price could be somewhat cheaper overall. Additionally, there were initial difficulties in finding the right contact person for the integration of Bitdefender Gravityzone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all clients at a glance, installing programs remotely, updating clients, and performing remote maintenance – all of this was solved for us by Ninja.

Clear interface and easy device management – set up monitoring quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like the clear interface and the easy management of devices. Monitoring, scripting, and notifications can be set up quickly and significantly ease the IT daily routine. The central overview of systems and their status is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Partially, certain settings or functions are not immediately self-explanatory and therefore require some familiarization before they can be used safely and efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central problem in everyday IT is the lack of overview of systems and the status of endpoints. NinjaOne solves this problem through centralized monitoring, automatic notifications, and remote access. This allows disruptions to be detected early, resolved more quickly, and downtime to be significantly reduced.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of permission structure and alerting/progress indicators particularly with tasks I feel could be improved. It would be good to also have a 1 time connection option lets say for example for assisting personal devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it very easy for patching and visibility of devices, super easy to connect on and provides lots of tools and features to administer devices without the need to disturb/notify the end user.
Applying/queueing policies, scripts on mass is super beneficial and I hear there are lots of features relating to vulnerability management in the near future.

Dynamic Groups, Flexible Scripting, and Smooth Third-Party Patch Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create dynamic groups of systems based on specific configurations, such as whether a particular piece of software is installed. I also appreciate being able to set up scheduled tasks to run whatever scripts I need. For example, I run a file share cleanup script weekly, and I can target as many systems as I want. Lastly, the ability to patch third-party applications automatically through policies makes remediating vulnerabilities much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like the ability to schedule Windows updates based on dependencies. For example, when patching a cluster with two SQL cluster nodes, it would be helpful to ensure the update on one node completes before the next node begins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne mainly helps us reduce the amount of manual work around endpoint management and patching. Instead of managing systems individually, we group them based on configuration and apply patches or run scripts across everything at once. We also use scheduled tasks to clean up file shares and directories on a regular basis, which has been helpful. For patching, we’ve used it on Server OS systems in cases where Ninja’s built in winget third party patching doesn’t work well on non client OS systems. Overall, it’s made system management more consistent and has saved time that would otherwise be spent chasing individual machines.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of end users, and a lot of servers. Having a centralized point to manage them all is amazing
