Easy-to-Use IT Management Platform with Great Support and Lots of Features
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a management platform used by IT professonal to manage, secure and support IT devices. It is ease of use with a friendly user interface. Customer support is great at what they do. Lots of features to the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit high compare to others. Reporting from it is less customizable and the learning of the software is a bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COnnecting to many devices to have control and help in IT support.

What do you like best about the product?
Manage and patch the servers and workstations of my business in background and remote session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any change of software over the policie cancel the inheritance in all aplications.

Remote, autonomus patchs and manage solutions.
Simple Device Enrolment and Easy Task Deployment Across Groups
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of enrolling new devices, and once groups are configured correctly, how easy it is to run the same task across multiple user devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not always intuitive for less frequent users. For example, a device may be flagged as ‘unhealthy’, but it isn’t immediately clear why or what criteria are being used for that classification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My support team colleagues can handle the vast majority of requests remotely, driving efficiency and satisfaction.
Common configuration changes can be made quickly, without interrupting users, saving time and reducing the risk of human error.

It centralizes everything an IT tech needs into a single intuitive platform

Reporting is a bit rigid, making it harder to pull very specific or highly customized reports

NinjaOne is solving the problem of tool sprawl and reactive IT management by bringing monitoring, patching, remote access and automation into a single platform
Massive Productivity Boost with Ninja One’s Ever-Improving Suite
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja One team constantly improve and works on bringing new products to the already wide suite. When I first got to collaborate with Ninja in 2019, it was just for a simple RMM tool, currently it's a massive productivity tool. The team is always availble for the support and they make you feel heard. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in the IT industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of extended logs available for technicians.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja helps managing online backups with ease, makes device patching and management simple and efficient.
Many utilities and control in the background without connecting to the device
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of utilities it has, the ability to connect in the background, launch policies, open cmd... without having to connect to the device.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I like everything. If I had to point out a downside, it's that sometimes, depending on the equipment, when you install it, it takes a while to join the equipment to the domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we have incidents, we resolve them with NinjaOne, either by connecting to the team remotely, or by launching policies or scripts.
Great all-in-one solution, but the price is high.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful aspect of NinjaOne is the control it allows you to have over the devices. Its main advantage is the prevention you can offer to clients, as it helps you anticipate potential problems and keep everything under control.

I really consider that there is nothing about the application that I don't like.

NinjaOne solves the problem of control and preventive management of clients' equipment. This adds additional value to the IT services we offer, as it allows us to have everything more controlled and with greater visibility.

NinjaOne is a must-have for daily use. You have all the features you need, from deployment to ticketing. With just one click, you can reach customer support. You can easily sign up via a link and have all the features you need. The integration was very easy thanks to the support, and the implementation in the department was understandable for everyone.

For some functions, you have to search a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a problem to have to work with many different tools for certain things. This was resolved by NinjaOne.
