NinjaOne, the RMM tool that grows with your business
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is an ever developing platform, with many features being added throughout each year. It is quickly becoming a one stop platform for management of my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Ninja is constantly developing new features, I feel that some tools lack features. Eg. the documentation is not something that we currently use due to the lack of compatibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for our technician, one platform for PSA, Remote Access, Patching & Backup.
NinjaOne setup was fast, easy and cut through my previous RMM like a hot katana through butter.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about NinjaOne was the easy of finding what I needed in the interface. Our previous RMM was complex and you literally had to click through 10+ screens and links to find what you need. With NinjaOne, the design is simple, efficient and easy to navigate. We are about 95% through deployment and it has so far been easier to implement than our previous RMM tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a little disappointed in the remote access functionality. I was used to a full remote control dashboard and I was unable to find a similar tool within the product. NinjaOne support did help me find a view that was similar to our previous tool and hopefully a few more remote management features will be added in a future release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were really struggling with our previous RMM. Scripts and package deployments were difficult to develop and when they failed, troubleshooting was not easy to navigate. NinjaOne has found a way to simplify running scripts and deploying software to our machines.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect to a computer and help users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate how the settings are not saved after switching to a ticket. I wish that after you apply a filter it would save until changed otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
Asset inventory, patching, ticketing and remote access capabilities. It has made my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any specific complaints about NinjaOne, sometimes the patching seems to be hit or miss on Windows Updates but that may be Windows itself and not Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support that will shadow the end user for visibility. It has allowed us to implement a ticketing system and makes applying OS and software patches relativity painless.
NinjaOne has made our environment a tech breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a huge fan of putting the Custom Fields to use through automations and scripts. I suggest anyone who wants to master NinjaOne to become a master in Custom Fields! As a bonus, I really like being able to get into Background Mode to administer the workstations without having to disturb the user. I also like the cross platform functions allowing me to help Windows, Mac and Linux users across our tenant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen any downside. The pricing is fair and the upside is nothing but better access, control and visibility of your environment. If I could improve one thing, it would be adding in more features like host monitoring through PING/SNMP/Probes like PRTG or Zabbix. It would be helpful to be able see maps of your entire network and see problems pop up on a dashboard view. Another thing that I think would be useful are more AI features or a chatbot with visibility into our tenant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to support our end users with instant remote support and from an administrative standpoint we are getting better insights into our software deployment, versioning and updated! We are fairly new to NinjaOne, but we jumped in and are making it better every day.
Ninja One is a great Tool for any IT Team
What do you like best about the product?
The system is able to provide you with so much information about your system and end points. It has helped me track down obscure issues too many times to count

Wish I had more time to dig into the more complicated features.

Allows me the ability to see a great amount of info for all the machines in my fleet.
Easy Setup and Robust Features
What do you like best about the product?
Remote Management Solution for remote access to desktops is very robust and easy to use. The Integration with Sentinel one and the console and clients make a seamless integration.

Some of the layout of the portal is confusing, but once you get it it's easy to navigate and use.

Ability to remotely monitor and assist users in desktop applications.
Convenient to use with powerful tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ticketing system is straightforward and helpful to use. I use it often to communicate with the rest of my team. It is also great that it can be customized as much as needed.

The reporting feature can be frustrating to use.

Gathering data about a user's computer is significantly easier because of this software.

The background remote is very limited in options.

NinjaOne allows me to fix most problems remotely, and saves time travelling to our different locations.
Excellent Service and More than We Expected
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of NinjaOne is that we are small IT department and it allows us to manage so much more than we had before using NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found anything yet that has caused us to dislike NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems was always "what do we have or need to monitor" and now NinjaOne let's us not only monitor but also perform updates on a more regular opportunity. The connection to CrowdStrike is another huge benefit.
