Efficient Automation and Remote Maintenance with NinjaOne

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the automation capabilities that save me a lot of time and allow tasks to be performed efficiently on a large scale. The remote maintenance features are super fast and easy to use. I find it particularly useful that I can access the computers via PowerShell and Commandline without interruption and work in the background. The integration with other tools like Sentinel One and Microsoft 365 helps me maintain a better overview of all systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, things work differently or no longer as before after updates from NinjaOne. These changes should be implemented better. Additionally, we should be better informed about the release notes, as sometimes certain functions do not work as expected after major updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automate tasks and perform mass actions, which greatly accelerates my work. Remote maintenance is super fast and easy, and through monitoring, I always have an overview of the customers.

Indispensable for client management, more German required

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to see all customer computers and servers at a glance, which significantly simplifies my work. I also appreciate the easy connection to computers via TeamViewer, Ninja Remote, or Remote Desktop. The ability to quickly identify issues through logs and perform remote maintenance swiftly is extremely useful. Additionally, I find it advantageous to execute scripts remotely without user interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then, things are too English for me. I need more in German from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can finally see all customer computers and servers at a glance and connect effortlessly with TeamViewer, Ninja Remote, or Remote Desktop.

NinjaOne is feature rich and easy to use

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and new features are often added. Lots of information supplied about the company devices and a small resource footprint on machines. Deploying to PC's was easy with minimal troubleshooting. Customer support is very good for the few times I have needed to use it. I use the product everyday with the built in remote features being particularly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking at a device you can't select multiple updates to approve at the same time. When selecting some menus it can be a little too easy to select the wrong option. You can't reduce licences only add additional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mainly using NinjaOne for monitoring and patching of systems. The interface for this is really good with only the odd annoyance. This has significantly reduced the time to deploy patches to systems. On top of that we have found the remote access of devices to be very good and better than many solutions we have tried previously.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ticketing system very much. Ninja is extremely user-friendly, and thanks to the script library, automations can be created very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the error messages for failed patches are often difficult to understand, which I don't find particularly good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep all devices updated and provide support to users. Ninja helps a lot through automatic patch management and easy remote management.

Reliable remote monitoring with a strong range of features

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the clear and intuitive user interface of NinjaOne. The remote management works reliably, and tasks such as patch management or software distribution can be efficiently automated. Particularly helpful is the quick provision of information about the status of the endpoints.

Additionally, I am very satisfied with the customer support, especially the presentations of the new features. (Andre Hinz is my contact person here)
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited customizability of dashboards
The licensing is not always clearly visible, especially when additional modules are involved. More transparency would be helpful here. Possibly with insight directly on the administrator page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-consuming manual IT support → replaced by remote access and automations.

Lack of transparency about device status → improved by monitoring with alerts.

Outdated software on clients → resolved by central patch management.

Complexity in customer management (for MSPs) → simplified by multi-tenancy.

Almost perfect

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of NinjaOne is extremely intuitive and well thought out. It is particularly noteworthy that my feedback on the new (beta) GUI was taken into account – this shows that customer wishes are taken seriously. The integrated scripting is almost perfect and allows for tailoring individual monitoring and management solutions precisely to customer needs. The only thing that would complete the system for me is the support of Python scripts. Additionally, the roadmap is very active: new features are regularly implemented, and the community is noticeably involved in further development. Furthermore, the support is really fast, friendly, and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The range of functions is overall very impressive, with hardly any real points of criticism. However, what I wish for is native support for Python in the scripting area, as well as the ability for alarm acknowledgment and a central alarm management. These features would further complete the system. Apart from that, there are no significant negative aspects from my perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monotonous and repetitive tasks can be automated extremely easily with NinjaOne. This not only saves me time but also ensures consistent and reliable processes – all without manual intervention. So far, there hasn't been a problem that I couldn't solve with NinjaOne – the flexibility and automation possibilities are impressive.

N1 changed our life

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am the director of the technical department at Connectis Group and I manage, among other things, large clients as an SDM. Today, I can provide these clients with a forecast budget over several years for the life cycle of their PC fleet. I wasn't able to do that before. So what I prefer are all the dashboards I can extract, which allow me to have a mapping of my clients. Not to mention the update policies that we can apply at our clients. In a Managed Services framework, it's priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management of external users, for example to allow a client to have read access or for a third party (a development partner for example), must be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has changed the way we manage our clients within the framework of Managed services:
- complete and accurate view of the client base and therefore possible prediction of equipment replacement
- automation of certain tasks and thus time saving
- patch management ensures client security
- improves the company's image with clients
- A single interface for multiple tools and thus simplified management both technically and financially

NinjaRMM from the perspective of an administrator

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using NinjaRMM for IT management & monitoring for over 3 years and have been very satisfied with the solution so far. As an administrator, I particularly appreciate the clear user interface and the wide range of features that greatly facilitate daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, we have been experiencing sporadic issues with the NMS agent, which reports incorrect offline servers and sometimes entire offline infrastructures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and testing more complex scripts is somewhat limited; I would wish for more integrated options here.
