Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has changed our business' ability to remotely support our clients with it's speed, reliability and functionalities. Ninja really focuses on the core functions of an RMM tools and has worked with care to perfect the day to day things, and as people in the MSP space know every second counts.
On top of this, the account management from Izgi has been superb. She's made sure we have regular check ins on a consistent basis and has gone beyond the scope of an account manager many times by drilling further into our businesses success and offering advice and materials to further the growth of our business.
All in all, a fantastic product with fantastic support to go along with it.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about the product majorly. A lot of the areas I may have difficulty with are merely just learning curves on my part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think in the MSP space, finding reliable products is key. Ninja's reliability is what we benefit from most as we have complete confidence in it's delivery as an RMM software.
Effortless RMM with Fast Connections
What do you like best about the product?
I've had a great experience using NinjaOne as our RMM platform. It's quick and easy to use, making managing devices and monitoring systems easy. I like the fast connections to PCs and find it to be a great tool for managing and supporting our clients' systems. The online portal is easy to navigate, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been having issues with NinjaOne's backup services recently.

Efficient Remote Access and Detailed Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Remote access control uses very little resources. Reporting and analysis reports are extremely detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like if your firm would build an integrated ITSM, ITAM platform that was packaged with NinjaRMM. (May exist, we just have the RMM, patching and reporting features at this time.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access, software, OS, Device connectivity reports. Pushing patches.
Remoting Tool Makes Background Management Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I love using the Remoting tool, and the ability to run scripts and commands in the background without having to access the users machine! The automated patches are also nice, another feature I enjoy is that I can auto install our Security tool once Ninja is installed. So instead of having to worry if our security tool made it on the device it will just automatically perform it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really have any major complaints, the one tough part at times is if you use Quick Connect you don't get administrative rights to the users machine. So sometimes getting the full agent installed when using this can be a little challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest problem NinjaOne solves for us is computer access, utilizing this tool to be able to get into users machines quickly and easily is a massive time saver!
NinjaOne: Our Preferred RMM Solution that keeps on giving
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a very strong partner for 5 year now. Back then we only used the RMM solution to monitor infrastructure. Over the years they kept on adding new features, some of which we don't want to miss. They are always open to feature requests and their customer service is outstanding.
We integrated workflows to other services making Ninja very easy to use for us. The newly added Backup feature opened another path of revenue for us.
Fun fact: At one point we tried to move away from NinjaOne as a cost saving measure, but we quickly learned how comfortable and feature-rich NinjaOne is, and stayed.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer more detailed reports. As an MSP I would prefer to aggregate the data for customer invoices easier and not through a custom script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RMM for internal and customer infrastructures, with easy and secure remote access via NinjaRemote.
Having our own private script library always availible is making support efforts and new deployments a piece of cake.
Their infrastructure is very reliable and their conditional alarm management.

Great for Windows Management - Mac management needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to manage Windows workstations.
Running scripts from the back end work very well, allowing us to troubleshoot without having to interrupt an end user working.
Using Software inventory is very useful when trying to find where devices are installed.
Patch management does a good job of giving you an overview of software and OS patches; what is pending and needs review, what's installed, and what has failed.
Also, it's fairly quick with installing applications remotely, or running commands. I've seen some installations take place in under a minute.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel managing macOS devices still has a lot of room for improvement.
We recently discovered we are unable to uninstall software on macs using Ninja.
Also, sometimes patches fail and we do not get much insight as to why.
Another area for improvement are the reports. They are not easy to create, and the information they provide can be lackluster. For example, instead of running a report to see what applications are installed for a client, I find it easier to just go to the devices page, use the software inventory filter, and export that list.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja solved the problem of central patch management. Using the Patch management features works well, especially for Windows devices.
Effortless to Use and Streamlines Performance Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?

Not being able to change the thresholds of the built-in performance notifications such as drive space notifying at 15% remaining or memory at 90% use.

The ticketing system could use some improvement, but we have noticed that it is getting better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is the key. We are moving to more and more automation.

We have a small IT team and NinjaOne allows us to automate and script a lot of tasks to save time and increase productivity.
