Great Tool for IT professionals

  • August 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
After acquring Ninja One, we use this tool daily; the tool is always open on my computer. NinjaOne offers a range of helpful modules to ease the day-to-day operations of IT professionals, helpdesk support. I use NinjaOne ticketing system. The Ticketing system offers our users many ways to create support tickets, as easy as sending an email to a given email address. It will keep them informed of every update to that ticket during the process. We also use the endpoint management module in NinjaOne, this module helps us keep all endpoints updated with OS patches and software updates. It offers remote connectivity to each endpoint. It also maintains a software inventory of every endpoint, not to mention that it maintains a hardware inventory of all the endpoints where the agent is installed. The implementation was a breeze; I installed and configured NinjaOne for our environment in less than an hour. The customer support is very responsive and very knowledgeable. I had very few issues, but for those, I received very good support.

They have been integrating with other tools like Rapid 7, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, which makes this tool more powerful. Again, keeping one pane of glass for every need in the infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have not seen a feature that I do not like in NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a small team supporting the company, this tool has helped us keep up with the demand and ease a lot of the redundant operations.

Fantastic platform

  • August 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform as a whole is very easy to use and comes with more features than I could have asked for. The support has been fantastic helping us figure things out that were well beyond the scope of just support, branching into solutions for making life easier for us. The built in back up software has worked better than other solutions we have been using and we are working to rotate all our clients off other back up solutions onto ninja.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dont like is there is no organization button on the left hand menu. There is an organization tab on the home page but I just like my static buttons. Small nitpick at best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The auto ticket creation that passes those tickets to our ticket platform automatically saves us so much time on small issues. Being able to use scripts to install/uninstall software on end users machines as well as perform various maintenance tasks lets us spend our time on bigger issues.

Great End Point Management Tool

  • August 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to connect to users computer with ease and readily help and support them. I also like that fact that you can customize it to update certain programs on a set interval. I also use this to do Windows patching. Another good use of this is for users, they can connect from any web browser to their desktop at work without having to go through any VPN. I use this in my everyday work. And deployment is easy, you can either send a link or the program itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment to end points are easy but configuration on the high level is a little bit hard to figure out. Settings placement on configuration need a little bit getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great tool for helpdesk support.

No More Weekend Work

  • August 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I used to spend my weekends logging into every server just to run Windows updates. It was time consuming.
Now, I’ve set everything up in NinjaOne to run updates automatically on different servers across different weekends. It just happens in the background, and I’ve have my weekends back.

What I really like are the alerts. I get an email if a server hasn’t been restarted in 30 days or if it goes offline for more than 15 minutes. I don't have to log into the system to make sure everything came back up. I’ve also set it up to notify me if someone installs new software on a company laptop, which is helpful.

One time, we had a security issue related to IPv6. I needed to disable it, and it was easy to create a script and push it out to all our laptops and servers at once.

I even have it set to automatically install our antivirus software if a device is missing it.

Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about NinjaOne. It makes managing devices way easier, especially for a small IT team like ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints the product works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It patches my laptops and servers which saves me time since I do not need to log into each device manually.

Efficient and user-friendly RMM solution

  • August 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been an excellent solution for RMM, endpoint management, patching, and IT automation. Its interface is intuitive, making onboarding and daily operations simple. The real-time monitoring, alerting, and newly added Quick Connect remote access tools save us a lot of time. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, which makes troubleshooting smooth. Patch management is also straightforward and effective across devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting module is nice but somewhat limited—customization options are not as flexible as we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us centralize IT operations by streamlining remote monitoring, patch management, and device health tracking. It reduces manual tasks through automation and ensures systems stay secure and up to date with minimal intervention. This has significantly improved our response time to incidents, decreased downtime for end users, and increased overall IT efficiency. It's also made managing remote endpoints and software deployments much easier, saving both time and operational costs.
