What do you like best about the product?

1. Pricing compared to other products in the industry.
2. Service and support, especially during implementation was great.
3. User friendly interface with great reporting and dashboards.
4. Calendar functionality makes viewing backup schedules easy.
5. Functionality to support VM, HyperV, physical, and MS365 backups was essential.
6. Multiple restore and migration options.

8. Multiple repository options including on-prem and cloud

What do you dislike about the product?

We haven't been using Nakivo for long, so as we continue using we may find some issues. Service and support and functionality have been great so far.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nakivo handles our core business DR functionality. We migrated away from a more expensive backup solution but haven't had any reduction in functionality.
