What do you like best about the product?

I love that SailPoint offers a flexible, modular implementation, which allowed us to iteratively build our solution in a complex environment. This flexibility made the transition from our old system smoother by enabling us to gradually expand functionality. Once our engineers got comfortable with the system, making progress was much quicker, which I really appreciate.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of our core code has become complex, and we realized late in the day that we needed to change it, which proved to be quite difficult. However, I'm not sure how SailPoint could have made that easier for us. Also, a peer forum to share technical challenges would be awesome. SailPoint has good support, but sometimes being able to discuss a challenge with a peer would allow different perspectives to potentially simplify the problem.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SailPoint helps my team ensure the right people have the right access at the right time. Its flexible, modular implementation allows us to build our solution iteratively and expand functionality step by step, making identity maturity easier to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?

All the IDM functionalities, especially provisioning to different target applications, identity governance, providing a room for customization in IiQ products. Expanding products presence in all the new AI era

What do you dislike about the product?

Dislike about SailPoint is mainly the performance and documentation. Lot of confusing documentation. Different approaches are mentioned, but best practices are lagged in multiple areas which creates confusion.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Identity governance and provisioning to different target applications, good identity onboarding experience. Day 1 user onboarding experience is great

Identity governance for both human and NHIs

Sailpoint iiq has got Cache problems which sometimes is a disadvantage

Automated governance and compliance

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate the customization capabilities with SailPoint because we can work on use cases that are specific to us. It helps identify emerging AI agent attackers and manage applications from onboarding to offboarding efficiently. The use of SailPoint in our organization for UAR and role management has greatly reduced the manual work we used to do. Additionally, it ensures we maintain compliance as per predefined processes, improving our risk governance. Compared to Dell One, SailPoint offers a user-friendly interface and features that make end users more comfortable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SailPoint identifies AI agent attackers and simplifies application management from onboarding to offboarding. It cuts manual work with UAR and role management, enhancing our compliance and governance. SailPoint replaced outdated systems, improving user experience and navigation.

When multiple accounts are there for same application handind of those account can be better

The life cycle management part

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the lifecycle event and trigger customization in SailPoint, especially how it allows me to customize joiner, mover, and leaver workflows according to our needs. SailPoint also offers better user access review (UAR) and governance compared to other solutions. Although the initial setup of IdentityIQ was a bit challenging, the support from SailPoint was helpful in getting everything up and running.

What do you dislike about the product?

The initial setup of SailPoint was a bit difficult, especially for IIQ. However, we did get support from SailPoint to help with this. Also, the ability to introduce custom plugins could be improved.

I use SailPoint for identity governance and user access reviews, and I like the customization of lifecycle events, especially for joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.

What do you like best about the product?

SailPoint is a very useful tool for lifecycle management and access management. I like the Joiner Mover Leaver process, it's so good and allows me to customize workflows across our needs. The initial setup was super easy with the installation guide.

What do you dislike about the product?

The plugins make the system a little slower. Much more efficient optimization of the code would help.

SailPoint helps with lifecycle and access management across our bank, enhancing process customization to our needs.

I think SailPoint provides excellent depth of integration, making it the best for integration and flexibility in identity and access management. The initial setup was also easy, which was a big plus for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think SailPoint could improve by offering more plug-and-play options for IIQ environments that aren't prepared for the cloud. It would be helpful to have something like AI discovery and scanning features available as a discover and audit kind of scan for all IIQ environments.

SailPoint covers the complete life cycle and governance for identity and access management, offering strong integration and flexibility without fail points.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that everything onboarding is easier with SailPoint. Governance is easier with the AIQ, making access certification straightforward and simplifying the process of performing reviews and audit credit reports.

What do you dislike about the product?

The manager approval process could be improved as it feels like it's more directly towards the user manager for review, which might not be the most efficient way.
