What do you like best about the product?
I like the best how the software respence each situation of curent events. One of a kind software that i use that can make my work easy and faster. It is very good software
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the time of the software was not so good and not having make y work easy and fast. having hard time to locate the time and some of the words are not need to be place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Observe.Ai to make work easy and fast. heping me to establish a good way of work. Even thier are lots of word that are not correct it help me to solve the problems.

the script is so helpful during evaluating.. without script its so hard to listen to the call when evaluating

i dont have dislikes about the observe ai, the program is so helpful to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when im using the observe ai, it hepls me a lot because when i am listening to the call i also use the transcription so that my work will be fast.
Oberve.AI helps us in all aspects as we audit calls in assurance.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part in observe.AI which is the recommendation and the transcriptions of each call. It helps us to easily divert calls and extends the policies of assurance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, observe.AI has many benefis in helping us too sucessful calls, and I dont have any dislikes in this tool. Observe.AI makes us call auditors get easily with the calls and do our job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has many benefits for me, one thing is the transcript, the timestamp every call and the search bar. It also has edit tool that can help us change any discrepancies that we had in the call.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a friendly tool to use most especially for those employee doing evaluations on calls like me. There are features that were added which helps me to be more effective in evaluating the agent's call accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some calls that aren't complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to evaluate calls easily.

I recommend Obeservev.AI since this tool is a freindly employee tool which helps our job more easier.

The most helpful part is the auto QA part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is that sometimes Auto QA is not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto QA do some work for you but sometimes it is not accurate and contains error.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve Auto QA feature. Add a forward button or a feature that lets you advance on a specific point of the recording.
Observe ai helps my work finish quickly.

It's giving me a clear transcription of the recorded calls. And it helps me locate easily the important keywords that i need to sarch during the evaluations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem I encountered about observe ai is that whenever there is a call back we cannot find it immediately and sometimes it's still not available. But overall its a great tool to used.

observe ai is a big help when it comes to making my evaluation easily, it gives me accurate transcription of the recoreder calls that needs to be evaluated. without obsreve ai my workload will not be easy.

observe ai is very advisable to whoever wants to use this tool. it is user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Observe.ai is very helpful when it comes to evaluating calls especially it has a transcriptions and it is a user friendly, easy to access compared to other tool we used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes observe.ai is not accurate in terms of timestamp and the captcha is difficult to answer, it always says error even you selected the correct one, and when it comes to transcription of numbers, for me it is better if its a digit not in words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to trancriptions, it is really a big help to us especially if the calls are too long to listen. When there is a transcription we can search it so that it will not consume time. Though some words are not accurate to what the agent says, still it's a big help to us as an auditor.

Observe.ai is useful especially evaluating calls.
Observe. AI is such friendly user to everyone. With less hassle and easy access.

Observe. AI is very helpful during calls in a way that every conversation or interaction between the customer and the agent is arrange accordingly. The upside of AI is that you can search keywords to find what you arte looking for which is very advantage.

Oberve. AI sometimes do not provide exact minutes of the call which is sometimes frustating. However if I look back the goodness that Observe.IA helped to me during work time is just very minimal the disliked and it is very manageable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obcerve.AI helps us in solving problems when Assurance canot provide transcript and Observe.AI helps us big time in providing calls that is well organized and understandable for the user just like me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believed providing the exact minutes of the calls is your missing although this issue is very minimal and very manageable

What I like the best in observe ai is that the it is easy to use especially on seing the scorecard, it is easy to determine the flow of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike in observe ai is you can't skip on a specific flow of the that you want to visit with and I don't like on the speed it was quit slow and not suitable for the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have the AI in which they have the auto QA in which it can serve as a guide for us and it is quit helpful for us evaluators to determine on the common errors of every agent that we evaluate

My advice in using this tool is that to explore more in possible adjustments of the tool.
