Effortless Project Management for On-Site Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like assigning individuals to different activities using Procore, as it just makes the workflow seem less cumbersome. Everyone is connected, and it provides detailed updates over time, which I enjoy a lot. It makes being on-site really easy without carrying extra instruments around, and everyone gets email or notification updates on the job site. This feature is valuable to me. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy to integrate, which I found convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Resource Planning is lacking in functionality and customization. There is a new Gantt chart being developed, but it's not as functional as their previous chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering data for suppliers/subcontractors: We had requests for information on Procore and there was an add-on created to simplify gathering all necessary data without having to spend a lot of time downloading each file.
Procore / Centralized & Mobile
What do you like best about the product?
Procore works because everything lives in one place. Drawings, RFIs, and communication are easy to track, which cuts down on confusion and rework. It gives real visibility into what’s happening in the field and helps the team move faster with better alignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel heavy and overbuilt for what you need day to day. The UI is not always intuitive, so simple tasks take more clicks than they should. There is also inconsistency in how teams use it, which breaks the “single source of truth” idea. And the cost is high relative to the friction it still has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the fragmentation problem across a project team. Without it, drawings live in one place, RFIs in another, emails everywhere, and the field is working off something different than the office.

Comprehensive Project Management with Some Setup Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like Procore for its file markups and photo tagging to the plans. I also find field clock in, plan markups, and file organizing to be very valuable. These features stand out for me because of their ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation is a hassle, and training has lacked. They schedule training sessions weeks out. The initial setup is not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore for organizing projects, assigning tasks, managing field employees, and markups. It's easy to use for field clock in, plan markups, and file organizing.
Procore Workflow & Integration Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how it brings together different areas such as finance, operations, and management. I also love that I can link files and data across the different tools, which makes it easier to keep everything connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what I don’t like is that, if I want to do more advanced tracking across Commitments, Change Orders, and the Bill of Materials, when I attach an Excel sheet to reflect the changes, I have to upload the file again in each of the three tools. It doesn’t update automatically through the integration or with changes made in Office 365.
As a result, I have to manually update the file in each tool where it’s attached. This increases my processing time and makes the coordination work a bit more tedious.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrations between tools like RFIs and Submittals across our company’s Procore and the general contractor’s Procore are very helpful. Being able to link my tasks to the ones created by the general contractor gives me better control over responding to requests and makes it easier to find and reference information later.
Saves Time, Easy Setup but Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like Procore for its accessibility and the ability to use it so easily. It solves all the redundant tasks in my field and makes my work more efficient. It saves time, money, and resources, and gives me less of a headache by consolidating everything I need in one spot. The initial setup was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new learner, it takes a while to learn. The fact that it has everything, although not bad, means that I have to relearn everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore addresses inconveniences in project management and engineering. It saves time, money, and resources, providing everything in one spot, reducing the need to manage multiple apps, and making it easier to handle tasks without a headache.
Extremely User-Friendly, Streamlines All Project Documents in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is extremely user friendly and assists in streamlining documents for a project as well as making it so I can have all the information about a construction project right at my finger tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish Procore could be more cost effective maybe with an ads/no ads option and my hope is that Procore is working on their financials software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore answers so many different questions that come up in meetings and in the field. It also eliminates anything falling through the cracks and streamlines all communication on a project.
