Providing structure to a difficult situation (ie construction industry)

Some functionality on items that appear to be quick resolve of UI and filtering.

Procore makes saving and sending documents fast in easy all in one place. It has it all. Saves me time and helps bring the field and office togehter

Some info i do not use in it. such as submittals and RFIs

Helps bridge the gap of sharing info from office to field

I love how Procore has the ability to link between the different project tools to follow the story of the project

There aren't many options for open spaces to take private notes

What do you like best about the product?
Very good chat and support when I am not able to solve an issue on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many options make it intimidating to new users. But I see so much growth and development every year.

Linking field users with office staff communications.
Flexible and innovative tools that evolve and work well with the industry.
What do you like best about the product?
The robust nature of the tools allows for flexibility and custumizability to best suite the company structure and needs.

Somme settings and tools are not as intuitive to use as they could be. End user experience can be difficult to understand from various role perspectives.

Ensuring that data is centralized and easily located for all stakeholders and project/company roles.

All-in-One platform. Everchanging platform and developments

Sometimes the amount of "clicks" are extremely exccesive to get a task complete.

Procore continues to be cutting edge and allows us seemless intergration among diffrent softwares

Wish it was easier to add bidders from the bidding tool

keeping track of commitments
Procore has been helpful in record keeping of submittals, RFIs, & coordinated drawings.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore for me keeps an organized database for all submittals, drawings, RFIs, Change orders, etc. I enjoy how I can streamline critical project information to an entire team with the click of the distribute button for live updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools such as inspections & forms are missing features that other tools have. In the drawings tab, bulk select all to download/export drawings can be done. This cannot be dont with fillable forms or inspections. During commissioning, a project with 500+ commisioning/startup forms can take hours to download each one individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore announcing many QOL improvemnts is going to greatly impact efficiency leaving time for other work.
