Procore is an excellent tool and has wonderful support built into the program.
What do you like best about the product?
Tool variety and support availability as a daily user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Communication between accounts, ie. owner and CM.

Having complete project information in one place makes finding histoy much easier.

It sends too many notifciactions, but i understand its because its to notify.

Its easier to send out emails via Procore, instead of having to dowload the actual drawings and sending them out individually.

High Potential Once Understood
What do you like best about the product?
it is intuitive once you understand the lay of the land
What do you dislike about the product?
Our implementation team did not really help us understand the hows and connections of the tools. We fumbled around for 3 years before deciding to hire a 3rd party firm to help us implement Procore more robustly for our company in order to get the value out of it.

Real time productivity tracking, allows us to make course corrections in real time

I love the functionakity of it and the ability to work in realtime

Sometimes the coolest updates are complicated to enact. Not many of us speak in computer language and I wish they would lay it out in lamens terms.

We are a national company, it has solved the issue of not being in an office environment with everyone but yet allowing us to work as if we were.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the platform's easy and intuitive interface. It is easy to train new people on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At leasst our company is not taking advantage of all the integration capabilities. We have a lot of data stored in multiple locations

Procore helps us maintain our PM and field data. I benefit by having a central location for all of our operations info.
Very helpful and lots of information to take back with me.
