New to Procore - Growing our Footprint
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting the field to the office and the real-time updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing isn't straightforward and is hard to budget what modules we will want to add in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our supers in the field now have the specs and drawings at their finger tips. They are no longer having to go back to the job trailer and log into our server to access up to date information.
Good but could use some improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Most of the field tools are great. We also like most of the finacial tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Daily logs. They do not have a way to log subcontractor names, trades, classifications and hours for certified payroll

Everything the field needs is in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is revolutionizing construction technology. Their commitment to R&D and listening to feedback is uncommon in the tech industry. They have a big picture view of the entire industry, making them a one stop shop for a lot of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some quirks about the software and it's pretty rigid. Would like to see some more customization ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's becoming our source of truth system for most of our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to access all the necessary tools for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps a bit more flexibility in some of the commands.

Track the job costs and forecast the budgeting.

Great Product, but still room for growth
What do you like best about the product?
The heartbeat of a construction project documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of customizing for project needs. The difficulty of creating locations within Procore to idenitfy punch list activities. Locations is a great tool, but when you have over 1000 different rooms, it is incredibly time consuming when all of the information is on the documents. Additionally, I do not like that I can't create my own meeting template. Kickoff meetings at then beginning of the project are 99% the same, but I am unable to use a template I created at the beginning.

Eliminating the need for hard copy paper.

What do you like best about the product?
everything is availble on one platform and you can communicate directly through the portal. intergrating financials into procore has been a huge help in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like in the bidding tab when you add new bidders from connecting directory that you have to individually add the project and permission when you are already inviting them to bid on the project you should be able to have an option that automatically gives all bidders added project access to the one it is requested for and bidding permission on all.

procore is helping solve tracking alot of our permitting and procurement items through the correspondence tool.

How fast I can get to all the tools I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The display of the app is different from iPad to laptop or phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helpful putting all the tools together, I can do my job easier, not having to carry prints all around the building, being able to take pictures all over the jobsite only with an iPad or cellphone , makes my job so much easier.

I like how all my documents are tied together on one platform and that Procore is constantly working to improve the experience.

All the emails. A change to how it notifies you would be beneficial over so many emails.
