Easy access and forwarding plans.
the application is user friendly and easy to to pickup.

the drawings feature the lets you link between drawing and even mark them up

the email updates that you get from procore i feel is not easy to read. it is organized in a way that is hard to summarize information

organization of all documents and workflows, drawings, submitals spec, etc
Challenging but Rewarding
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of managing workflows through submittals / RFIs and coordinating drawing revisions with field team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling tool doesn't talk to submittal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the printed drawing issue where revisions are hard to distribute to the guys in the field.
It also helps track important communication when distributed through the Email tool.

One Source of Truth
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to intergrate documents, processes, and communication under a single platform to keep the story or "truth" of a project in one place. This makes development less scattered, brings project management process together, and leaves a single archive for project records/history.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is not plug and play. There is a learning curve and warm-up period. The implementation crew was excellent (shout out Devon Smith) and got us going very quickly, but expect to put in the work to make it your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's centralizing our project management process and documents. Bringing organization and repeatable results to our projects.

inability to print drawings without having to download.

Knowing exactly where to look for any items related to the project.
New Standard in Construction
What do you like best about the product?
Becoming standard to the industry and evolving with the trends that are arising throughout construction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large learning curve for the company overall and since so much chage - the app is always changing and updating, which adds another hurdle on top of training.

Organization at a uniform level all the way from material supplier to end user.

Procore is currently not FEDRAMP compliant so we may need to find an alternative project management solution since almost all of our projects require FEDRAMP compliance
