What do you like best about the product?
As a contract administrator who wears many hats, Procore has been a game-changer for me and my team. Managing subcontractor agreements, change orders, and compliance documentation used to be a juggling act, but Procore's intuitive platform has brought efficiency and clarity to our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Procore is a powerful platform that delivers on its promises, but the high cost means it may not be feasible for everyone.

Procore is enabling a ease and flow in my everyday processes

Tracking of change orders has been very beneficial with keeping up additional job costs

I like that it really concises everything and gives you all the tools you need in the online part of the costruction process in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about Procore is the difference between the mobile and the web app. I think that the lack of some of the mobile features is not up to date with how heavily used mobile apps are today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is speeding up the process for me and giving me further knowledge on the construction process in class.
Most comprehensive project platform out there!
What do you like best about the product?
From beginning to end Procore has 'how to' videos, trainings, hands-on representatives to help ensure the platform is giving you the individual and company results you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone agrees to use it, so saving and uploading docs revert back to original ways of sending and receiving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple and expensive jobsite visits when changes are needed or an RFI needs to be submitted can be handled remotely with input from all involved parties. This cuts down on mandatory presence of numerous parties, hours traveling, and makes changes happen much more quickly without the liklihood of project delays.
Effective but dense
What do you like best about the product?
I thought the walk through of all Procore has to offer as a user was incredibly useful. If you are willing to read and follow along with everything presented it will be incredibly helpful. Having access to all of the teachings on a lesson by lesson basis makes things easy and is well implemented. Access to a live chat is wonderful and the customer support is fast. Ill likely use the tools displayed daily so being able to reference those lessons when I get out of practice with something is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lessons were a bit too dense. Anyone who is checked out and has to do the lesson just to fulfill a requirement will have too easy a time skipping through everything. having questions that a bit trickier and more hold points forcing engagement might be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore makes managing tasks and gathering data far easier. Having a system that manages documentation so effectively and is company wide makes for easy distribution of documents helps cut down on wasted time/meetings.

The organization of Labor Chart. It's helpful with projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to catagorize the board by date.

Keeping employees organized by job site.
