Procore - Best Construction Management Software Out There
What do you like best about the product?
As a Superintendent, I love that it is a one stop shop to view everything and anything in the field whenever I need it. User interface is very friendly. Drawing markup is a huge advantage over some other softwares, especailly being able to link almost anything to a specific drawing and compare between different drawings or revisions of the same drawing. Procore is a software that anyone can use. The training options and community gives you all the info you need, and if there is still a question, Procore Support is easy to communicate with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe there is anything to dislike, but if I had to pick something for this review, I'd displike the layout of the meetings format. I think the layout could be a little more visually appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore provides a single platform for most of my needs. Only other softwares I need are BlueBeam and Excel, but those are for different puposes.

Ease of use. Very easy to add files and employees. Lots of support.

I really didn't find anything that wasn't usefull.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Procore is how user friendly the program is. If you have been in the industry but you are new to this program the trainings will walk you through the issues that you may have. That alone is priceless and the reason being is you may not always have time to reach out to someone or they may not have time to answer and as we know time is everything. When you look at the functionality of the program or application you can see the ease of tracking information that is input. All and all i will say this is a great product and resource to futher your knowledge in the field.

Cant say i have found any issues as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Suerintendent Procore allows me to have all the infor mationg that I need at my fingertips. I need that ease of locating information so that i can may the right decesions in a timely manner.
I am a compliance clerk and i use procore with a variety of contractors from LCA to Ganett Flemming.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to work with contractors while keeping project files organized. The tracking feature helps to ensure that projects stay on schedule and on time. having drawings, schedules, meeting minutes and specs in one place is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most unappeasing thing about procore is the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes managing of contractors and projects overall, easier, by allowing everyone on the project to be aligned. All parties involved can communicate right through the platform as well as adding any necessary documents. It makes it easy to track progress and reduce miscommunication.

I like Porcore and find it easy to use. I haven't found anything I dislike thus far. I am a pretty new user though.

the ability to collaborate between the office and the field team allowing us to stay up to date with the current change orders.

The item I like the least about this program is that the pictures from the daily logs are not cataloged by the week in the photo folder.

There are so many useful tools procore offers to its companies.

I think the scheduling tool needs a little work. With a few changes I can see this tool being very helpful.

They are constantly changing the change events tool and improving it.

Procore is an excellent tool for big and small projects; I'm a huge fan. I've been using it for two years now and it's been beneficial, especially for having chat support.
What do you dislike about the product?
it might be difficult to implement as some subcontractors find it too difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot with storing information and superseding information, keeping everything updated. Love the submittal tool as allows you to track the information you receive.
