Procore is a the integrated software in construction.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great central hub for all your projects. They also provide training, certification, and even groups you can join. It is powerful tool & source of community for anyone who wants to excel and grow in the construction industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes so far! I absolutely love Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us communicate and stay on top projects in other states. Thanks to Procore, we were able to stay on top of our project in Florida from our office in Texas.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy and quick to navigate between different functions. It takes no time to find information. It keeps order in the correspondance with the subcontractors. The few times when I have needed customer support they came back very quickly with good responses.

That it does not have everything tweeked to my exact tasks. For instance I can't add people in bulk, so I have to spend time picking every user individually. And if it had a

It keeps our correspondance and onboarding process very streamlined so everybody involved can see the responses and input from different parties. It gives all the information to the subcontractor in one place.
A comprehensive project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a comprehensive platform with tones of tools and features and tools to manage virtually all aspects of a project's lifecycle. The platform is very flexible and customizable but there is still room for new features and improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphics look basic with very few icons to interact with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore provides a lot of tools for project management and document. Almost all the tools you need is available which gives you a lot of powerover the project workflow.

The most difficult issue to deal with regarding ProCore is subcontractor compliance.

Giving all team members the tools they need to stay updated with the status of the project.
It offers great functionality and bridges the gap in all the stakeholders in construction projects

It helps in remove the fear of using old version files while progressing on a project
Better than Bad!
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to have all the project documentation in one place & for the most part, Procore handles larger files with ease. I have not worked much with the integration with other programs, but I see that many are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the distribution names list keeps grabbing my cursor when I have already moved on to the submittal description, but mostly it works pretty well. A great tool overall!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the red, orange, green signals that correlate to the aging of outstanding RFI's & submittals. It helps with the triage of project documentation when our design team gets overwhelmed.

1) The keywords must be quite accurate for a successful search - I wish it were smart enough to search with similar words or/& a few words at the same time.
2) It would be great if a slide image of the files could be visible, to prevent opening several files when looking for a specific one.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper categorizing and the records of the SI/RFI & shop drawings, minutes of meetings, etc., have always been a challenge, which Procore has successfully eased.
Good overview of software.
What do you like best about the product?
The software has a very nice centralized database for tracking project progress and data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when it opened documents it provided a toolbar for the applications functions rather than requiring navigating back in the browser when in the online interfaced version.

Keeping a centralized database of project documentation and logging occurences. It is beneficial in that it allows to easily track and manage projects.
