The learning course was very informative and very easy to understand.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore covers all aspects of project management and contract management. It makes managing projects easier especially if mutiple projects require urgent action at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be a way to update cost of items more effeciently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an all-in-one project management software really eases up managing multiple projects especially in terms of planning and contracts.

Must include the lectures in detail and must have assignments to carry out during the learning process to get used to it.

Procore is solving a wide range of problems by digitilizing all paper work into website & mobile applications
The product is very streamlined and directly caters to managerial aspects of construction projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The product provides flexibilty of choice. It is very easy to implement and learn. No prior experiences are required to use the product. The product includes all possible features and templates nessesary for construction project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is a cloud based platform , which might cause hesitation among customers who want a private network (customers who prefer a downloaded application).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore eleminates the need of manageing paper works. And based the project flow, procore insists on keeping all the stakeholders in loop, improving communication.
Innovation and Mobility
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it's user friendly, and buttons are labeled easily. I enjoy the Procore Learning Center, which helps me when I am unsure of how to start or edit a task in Procore. I love the new feature of adding a workflow process to the invoicing procedure. I am highly appreciative of how the platform allows multiple users to engage and utilize the software but with permissions set in place keep the right data in privacy mode only for selected users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed for when I am doing accounting processes in Procore, it tends to round up to the nearest penny and throws off my totals. I do like the new views but as someone who constantly crunches number I prefer to see all my numbers in one screen without the need to scroll horizontally to the far right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore totals all my commitments for me. adds in the new totals whenever a change order is created, keeps all the costs organized and in place, provides an electronic papertrail, i especially love how it shows me the change history and which users inputted and changed information. These are all very beneficial to my accounting tasks and projects that I use Procore when the project is at the end of life cycle and ready to be deactivacted.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Procore is that after you get used to you can get efficient with it, and things are intuive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some things are hard to find, like for example the tasks, you really have to look for them, and that the tutorials specifically the first part are not updated to the latest version of Procore, other than that, it is an excellent software to work with.

It connects all areas of the group into one intuitive software in which we can communicate and do projects as a team.

The thing i found least appealing was that with all the tools to have to teach not only field employees but subcontractors and owners it seems like alot of miss steps can be made which could bind up the system.

Powerful Platform with Endless Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
The Procore platform is robust yet nimble. The platfrom allows you to customize your expience to match your companies current workflows/standards while still allowing for various automations and time savings. Needless to say it is extremely easy to integrate into your day to day workflows. We implemeneted Procore several years ago and have grown with the company, it took time to adjust but overall we are up and running with very few hiccups - and when one does come up their support is second to none. They have chat services that are avaialbe all the time to assist. We use Procore on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is very powerful, however at times the powerfulness if lost in translation to the foreman of subcontractors - meaning that there is a learning curve. In my expiernce we have taken some of the least tech literate indivudals and gotten them to a level of using Procore for simple tasks. It can be done, but it depends widely on the indvidual and their motivation to learn. Procore has the tools and resources to help them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is a one stop shop that helps to pull everything together into one location for ease of access and organization for the entire team (Owner, GC, Arch, Subs, etc).
Procore is also very helpful at doing research on a project from several years back - gone are the days of sorting through old file servers trying to find some submittal that never got saved.

Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Having all documentation to hand at the touch of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new project manager, I have yet to find any downsides to using Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find all the documents for a project in one place is very convenient. As I am new to the company, it has made onboarding much simpler.
