Flexible and innovative tools that evolve and work well with the industry.
What do you like best about the product?
The robust nature of the tools allows for flexibility and custumizability to best suite the company structure and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somme settings and tools are not as intuitive to use as they could be. End user experience can be difficult to understand from various role perspectives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that data is centralized and easily located for all stakeholders and project/company roles.

Sometimes the amount of "clicks" are extremely exccesive to get a task complete.

Procore continues to be cutting edge and allows us seemless intergration among diffrent softwares

Procore has been helpful in record keeping of submittals, RFIs, & coordinated drawings.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore for me keeps an organized database for all submittals, drawings, RFIs, Change orders, etc. I enjoy how I can streamline critical project information to an entire team with the click of the distribute button for live updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools such as inspections & forms are missing features that other tools have. In the drawings tab, bulk select all to download/export drawings can be done. This cannot be dont with fillable forms or inspections. During commissioning, a project with 500+ commisioning/startup forms can take hours to download each one individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore announcing many QOL improvemnts is going to greatly impact efficiency leaving time for other work.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has become the household name and software in construction and every trade partner, design partner, or developer is familiar with it. Its user friendly, mobile and almost irreplacable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downsides that I can think of include the the mobile app's inability to do some tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is embracing data analytics and assisting with clear dashboards and reporting for all construction processes. Procore manages and tracks a ton of data, documents, and changes all within one platform. Procore is making communication to large teams much easier too!
