Functional, useful and easily explained to customers
What do you like best about the product?
everyting is in one place, it is as strong as you make it when it comes to the useage
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the settings when toggeling from one page to another. these are minor and i wouldnt probably mention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline, training, consistancey across all projects.
Flawless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The lessons are super friendly and easy to study, comprehend and retain.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were sections when reading felt like a lot, I would suggest add more visual like the tool workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the metrics for all projects is essential to know where improvements have to be added.
Procore Use
What do you like best about the product?
Communication can all be entered and tracked in one place. The GC and Subcontractors/Vendors are all on the same page with status of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore Pay onboarding for Vendors seems to be confusing and somewhat tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lien wiaver management.

It's providing a pre-req
I wish I would've been using Procore when I began my career
What do you like best about the product?
I'm amazed by the new tools, reports, customizable features, and virtually every app I use outside Procore is available to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, I feel there should be more interactive points in the training, so I'm not risking modifying real life projects while training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The folder structure is clean, and I love being able to see previous versions of files and who's touching the documents
Procore Has it All
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can do everything on Procore. Procore is very user friendly. I love that they have the Procore Certifications that is easy to use. We were able to easily integrate it with Newforma since that is what our architects use. I use it everyday and implementing it into my daily routine was easy. I have had to talk to customer support maybe once and they were very helpful adn quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
If punchlist section could be updatd to have an option to 'pin' the location on an overall map drawing of the projects that would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one software is beneficial because i dont have to be swqithcing between softwares. it is all in one place.
Helpful Project Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very helpful to project management and communication because it has many tools to utilize and is easy to navigate. The implementation across a company is very beneficial and multiple users can access the infomration needed in one program. Also having an app and being able to use on-site or on-the-go everyday, is very convienent. Being in a large company, we were lucky to easily integrate this platform to our projects and be sure employees could benefit from all its features. The training videos and customer support were a key factor for getting this up and running accross departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been many issues to using this program and anything that does come up, has been easily solved or navigated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves our need for use of multiple applications for one proejct. It helps communicate to a lot of people at one time. And is especially helpful in document uploading and management. it's great to have a place where a large file size can be accessed and not worry about the email capacity. As well as quick, on-site information availability.
Not perfect, but definitely an upgrade for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It enhance the communication between the worksite and the project manager while helping standardize project managementthroughout the organization. Many features save us time, give us more clarity on what's going on with the project and prevent errors due to communication problems. The option to personnalized a lot of tools and fields is undoubtedly a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not perfect and we can't personnalized everything, which mean we have to find more workarounds than we would have liked. It requires to rethinking the way we work to fit with the platform capabilities instead of fitting the platform to our workflows and processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Procore is solving for us is the standardizaion, acces to up-to-date information about the project, and communication between all the internal parties involved. This will allow us to reduce mistakes and the cost associated with them.
Making the business run smother with one program
What do you like best about the product?
the document control is outstanding. I only need to go to one place to find all that I need for the project. Also, Procore allows user of different companies to share documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not knowing all that Procore is capable doing. I need to learn more about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longe need to use multipal programs for document control between our company and other companies
not that great with computers
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The tutorial classes that are free. the way it tracks everything you enter so you dont have to. Login is simple and i use it every day. easy to integrate all work aspects into it. Customer support is available when you need them and implementation is eaasy.
What do you dislike about the product?
i have not found one yet. I use the it everyday and its simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes it easier for field superintendents to enter daily reports and tracks all jobsite matters.
