Procore is the real deal!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has thought of everything to do construction projects. It is the perfect solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more customizable. Sometimes it is too rigid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects as well as understand the financials.
Procore at an Undergrad Level
What do you like best about the product?
I found that being able to edit and link change orders to certain areas of plans was espcially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For this certificate, I would have liked to see more text instead of all videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to get class credit and for my future career.
Great connection of Site to Office
What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly interface centralises all project data, making communication and record capturing form site to office seem less . The ability to manage documents, track revisions, and communicate in real-time significantly reduces delays and keeps everyone on the same page. The mobile app provides flexibility, allowing on-site updates and access to critical information from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our use of Procore is relatively new but one issue we have found is data captured in forms is not tabulated or searchable, and still requires further processing after submission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the initial capture and quality of site record keeping. Reducing time chasing site teams for information.
Great support during implementation, rolling out is going well so far
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand UI, sensible help and responsive customer support during implementation. Team really likes the mobile app and working with Smartsheets inside the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our use cases are spanning several modules and we're not quite ready to roll out more than one. We're not getting all the benefit we could. The licensing around annual construction volume is confusing to our users. I've had to spend a lot of time breaking down and explaining the components and how it applies specfically to my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with the internal team and across sub contractors and vendors is the biggest benefit so far.
Procore is the best Project Management Software Available
What do you like best about the product?
Its a "One Stop Shop" for everything project management and is very easy to use. It keeps all of your important documents organized and streamlines communication. It was easy to implement and the customer support is top notch. I literally use it all day every day and would not know what to do with out it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor improvements I think Procore could make are:
1. Make the document section sync with the documents on your computer easier. It would be nice to save a document straight to Procore in lieu of saving on your computer first.
2. Integrate Smartsheet into the scheduling tool. I think there is a way to do this but I think Procore and Smartsheet would make a good team!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to grow as a company by organizing all of our projects in one place and making it easy to access critical information and manage more projects. It has also been a great marketing tool for us because clients love that they have access to all of the important project information.
Vital Software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate platform. All in 1 solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot create or modify project timelines or schedules in Procore, which is a hguge miss and would be a great integration.

Navigating through contracts and costs makes organization simple.
Good content would prefer video content

I didn't see any issues that I felt was not helpful.

Amazing Software & Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and available features. I have had an amazing experience with Rey & Kellen who are always there to support our team and implement new modules. Destiny on the ERP side has been a blessing with our multiple Sage migrations. Working with this team has been amazing and we couldn't ask for better!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ONLY thing I struggle with is the extensive change order process. It's not very intuitive and the multiple tier structure (even at the lowest setting) is often unnecessary for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operations for our PM & Field Teams, data insights, accounting flexibility. The list could go on and on. This has simplified all of our previous processes, given us a central tool to manage all of our projects, and allows easy visibility into all things construction in our organization.
