What do you like best about the product?
how user friendly it is, we teach our interns how to use it in under a week.

Procore has created easy to use databases that have alloweed our company to leverage data.

What do you like best about the product?
Best customer service support, continuous innovation, and professional development
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to numerous innovations and improvements, organizations need to capture, train, update SOPs, and enhance usage and adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved collaboration and communication, document availability anywhere, improve process development with the new workflow engine and continuous improvement with the financial management category.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use between platforms and using it as a reference tool for site photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are many tools I do not use. Maybe I don't yet know their functionality but I only use a few core tools regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most helpful has to be RFI and submittal tracking. I appreciate having both of these tools on the same platform. However, my most used tool is definitely drawings as I use this constantly for reference.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, can give anyone access and set permissions to what they are able to see and not see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot bulk download inspections and/or forms; some jobs have a multitude of inspections so we have to download each one individually which becomes tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows the field and the office crews to collaborate more efficiently on updated drawings and inspections. The observations tab is crucial to show the progress of the project and note any possible delays or corrective actions needed to be address with either the GC, or your subcontractors.

About invoicing help me to track all the payments and get my contractors informed about everything

I would not say I dont like but Direct Cost sometime can be confusing to track.

How many differnt ways we can use the software! From buying property all the way to IFC we use Procore every step of the way1

There isn't anything I specifically dislike, I think all functions have use and it takes some time to see how the provided functions can work best for you and your team!

Document Control! Procore has made document control for our team so smooth! It's become such a great process!
Connected easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
Critical information in the hands of the people who need it. Ease of use. Connectedness.

It's way too expense. Sorry, but it's true.

Keeping our entire project teams (including our subcontractors, owners, and architects) connected and working to gether.
Procore has been a great tool to collaborate and consolidate project data.

The ability to colidate all project data in one location.

There are no downsides I can think of for Procore.

Managing documents, updating drawings and specs, cosuldating submittals, RFI's, and punchlists.
A one stop shop to run your business
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use for all people in the company, how all tools work together. Ability to handle company financials and project operations on one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes difficult buy-in for our employees to use all the tools. Can almost be too much information and too much for people to learn quickly. Also sometimes soon as you start to have a tool figured out something changes in the programming with an update.

Solves the problem of visibility on your projects, up to date information on financials all the time.
