Procore is very useful software which will help to create more efficient and productive results.
What do you like best about the product?
The different tools could help any construction project manager manage the construction works more organized and with a clear overall view of the project with the help of this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike, the software interfaces or the tools but it would be better if it was at affordable price

Its helping me with managing the construction project more efficient and organised manner

What do you like best about the product?
The interfaz is very reliable and easy to use, all the software looks to have a real feedback from contruction people, all the tools are importante ans usefull in the projects.
The implementation was easy to me and to the ones that are involve in the construction, a little bit hard for the rest of the team like accountings.
The custumer support is amaizing, I have to congratulate for the assistance, is quickly and efective, I encourage to keep real people assisting us!!!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools can improve in the way to present the reports, we are trying to do the integration with Quickbooks to our Procore account and was no possible.
The photos take so long to upload and sometimes the photos stays in the Uploading mode, I have to go to my settings and try to upload again
Also when I want to see the pictures takes too much time to open the photos

The reports is the tool that we use more but also the puch list, photos, drawings, submittals and RFIs
To the field team is a must to do the data entry of whats happening in the construction site.

A Robust Tool for Construction Management
What do you like best about the product?
It handles every part of construction management enabling teams to work together. The UI is easy to use, which helps new users learn it. Keeping documents and changes in order is simple and well-organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be steep for smaller groups or businesses. Mobile App Performance: Although dependable, the mobile app sometimes slows down, which impacts field reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made our construction management much smoother. Its easy-to-use layout and wide range of tools boost our productivity in managing projects, from handling budgets to planning schedules and organizing files. The way it works with other software improves how we get things done.
Sleek & Intuitive UIUX and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very straightforward application to use and support is easy to get ahold of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only complaint I had was that I'm still on the legacy version for some reason but all the trainings/certifications use training videos that are based off the new, modernized version. If they had certifications that revolved around the older version, that would be great.

One stop shop to manage all of your construction management projects.
Extremely streamlined way to manage projects and track everything from beginning to end
What do you like best about the product?
It makes the project management process, and more importantly the communication between project members so much easier. The learning process can be overwhelming at first, but the certification courses are straightforward and seeing the organization and clarity for each project makes it completely worth it. The training programs and support team are fantastic, and you'll find yourself using this for every project and every task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a LOT to learn at first, but once you get into the certifications its manageable. You can ease into it easily and it'll be worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its minimizing communication failures and streamlining tasks to keep your project on schedule and all aspects of the project visible to all team members. It makes viewing the project as a whole far less overwhelming and easier to pinpoint details and never miss important items.

What do you like best about the product?
How it manages to integrate budgeting, metrics, and graphics in a single place. This built-in function saves us a lot of time and the investment it will take to lift every instance independently. It was very simple to integrate with our existing webhooks and client forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far Procope worked as expected. There is little room for improvement on the mobile dashboard and interface.

Easy to use and follow. Very seamless program that helps with easy communication on site.

I have not find anything overly difficult so far.

Sometimes repeatative jobs, saves the data and hampers us to resuse the same data again, specially in directory.

Procore helps me to save data for my self and share with multiple business, also very user friendly.
Proactive and efficient PM software
What do you like best about the product?
Tools are setup and made to really help the project team succeed. Information can be viewed and easily understood. Easy to understand and see where a project might be falling behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to easily copy/paste sentences/paragraphs into text boxes in Procore. Specifically when entering contract/scope info for Commitements.
I'd like the meeting minutes tool to be better formatted with more abilities to hide and/or incorporate notes into the agenda for future meetings.
Haven't messed with the Procore scheduling tool too much, but would really like the ability to have a scheduling tool like Hoylu within Procore.

Quickly reviewing, understanding, and updating budgets and change orders. Tracking work flows. Tracking subcontractor costs, invocies, change orders, submittals, RFIs, etc.
