very good course.
What do you like best about the product?
The usability from start to finish for a project along with the ability to stay up-to-date with the most current information across the board for all involved in the project. Being able to have it on your phone as well as in the office allows for quick problem resolutions on the jobsite even across companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything to possibly dislike about Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting time by being able to share documents easily between companies and streamlining the bid process saves countless hours. Not to mention RFI resolution happening in minutes/hours versus days.
Having Procore is a game changer for supporting multiple projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very user friendly and is designed well to be used in the field. I love the tutorials and certification courses. The fact that you can learn a topic via short and concise videos is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is allowing us to gather pictures and track jobsite performance in real time. We are able to run several projects at once and communicate with the techs onsite in a timely manner. We are also able to get real time data from the techs instead of having to chase down the information.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike this about Procore, But the overall improvements where needed in the the discribration on the terms and the uasge of possible building take off was complex but was mangeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to take into consideration complex problems that are more than common in the field of construction and managing your subcontractor. There is an important prequalification that will be handle be our construction admins in submittals for the Construction management team in evaluate in the contracts of pre bidding submittals in the Construction Estimating surrounding the contracts. We use quick resources to come up with the most accurate proposal or submittals. Construction managers take this in consideration when managing complex problems on the job site. Or project managers proposing pre bidding submittals to various contractors in our directory.
Love the Procore Team...and the software
What do you like best about the product?
I work in Procore daily. I like that most of it is very intuitive but, if you run into trouble, you can reach out to the awesome customer support team. But that's only if you cannot find the answer yourself in the vast support documents that are provided as well as the Procore Community Page.
I also love that ideas can be submitted, voted on and implemented. I have seen a few suggestions I have either made myself or voted on someone else's idea actually come to fruition.
They are constantly innovating new things to make Procore better, more intuitive, more collaborative, more functional.

What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with QuickBooks (which we currently use) is somewhat limited. I understand that this may be more on the Intuit side but it limits our use of Procore fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have just starting using Procore for Pre-Construction/Estimating. This will make the project setup much more seamless and integrated.

Superior construction tracking and management software
What do you like best about the product?
I love the submittals, RFIs and daily report tracking in Procore. It keep everything organized and numbered. Things are easy to find and follow up on. The search feature in the daily reports and whatnot makes looking up historical data easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates don't have flexibility - like for adding like visitors if they aren't listed in the directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore organizes data for easy tracking and searching for data contained in reports.
Great Software tool for Construction industry
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to have all your information and data in 1 place. Its a very user freindly interface and not hard to learn the basics. They have spent a lot of time working at the issues to constantly improve the platform. I use this tool daily for logs and reports to minimized duplication of work. Customer support is great they have a great chat connection and are very helpful with trying to get your work done as easily as possible with the platforms limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The offline version is not always trustworthy to load your information once you get wifi to download could use some improvement to ensure you don't have to redo your work once you get to the office.
There is also some cost factors for smaller jobs it adds significantly to cost of operation. Although I feel it is worth it you have to ensure Customer is willing to pay for the service.

Keeps all information at your fingertips and allows for good decisions if the documentation is being done consistently. But like all software we are dependant on input and sometimes that is delayed due to lack of inputers.

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect about Procore is the amount of tools it has available to you. It truly allows for all of the documentation for a project to be in one place, which makes everything that much more fluid and efficient. Using Procore Drive and Procore Imports with the online application is a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
While it has great overall usage, there are some areas where it will only get so detailed. I would like for there to be a bit more customability with the permissions tool. For some permissions, it seems to be an all or nothing option, such as who can and cannot see daily reports and who can upload photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us move away from external storage usage due to its ability to keep all of the project files in one spot.
