Easy to navigate system & the training section provides videos to help explain how to use it.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is organized for your project from costs, planning, comunication. Being able to share photos and markups instantly with others is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is just lots to learn and know how to use in the system. Wil take tim eto implement all tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. It speeds up communication to internal and external people on the job site with pictures, mark ups and updates to drawings, spec, etc. It is a home for all docs so everyone on the project, both internal and external to see what they are building.
3-year experience in using this data base platform.

It keeps the information (data ) together and easy to reach the thing you search.

Procore is often criticized for its steep learning curve, high cost, and limited customization options, but overall, it remains a powerful tool for construction management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a Procore Trainer and find this plateform very user friendly and easy to teach

Training Center everyting looks there the only issue is that FR - Canada content is not accurate only English USA is more updated

Chat - too long to answer, connect and long process to explain the issue

Do not see much improvement these days - but for sure the training center is always a good reference

Procore is so useful while working on project. The information/data is easy to find on procore even after years of the work completed

There were very few slide shows or vidoes

Online BIM model is the best, its easy to navigate the drawings and model. Report generation is excellent tool to work with.

its quite basic as anyone who brouses the wensite can easily learn about each and everything.

It brigns together each and everyone working on a project at a common place where one can share the work documents.
Great all-in-one platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is designed for the users in our industry. Having one place that everyone can collaborate, see updates, input information and photos is really helpful throughout all the phases of the project. It is really easy to use and intergrates well with others softwares my company uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It almost is overwhelming with all the different tools and resources avialiable. Not all apply to my role though.

It helps to keep everyone up to speed on the most current plans and communications.

The amount of material covered prior to each exam can make it difficult to retain everything and pass the exam before 2-3 attempts.

Organzation and time and financial mangement. Having a central location for all information.
Highly recommended. Helps with construction in every type of way
What do you like best about the product?
Training courses. Not only does it provide a guideline for jobsites to run smoothly, but you can also take the time to train yourself and learn to become better and more fluent in using Procore. Almost all construction uses Procore on the daily so it's definitely a goof tool to use to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost nothing that I can complain about procore. Only possible thing I could come up with would be to make the desktop version as easy and friendly as the mobile version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the time taken to schedule a meeting, to note an issue or problem or recording inspections and checklist as the progress of the job moves forward.
Great tool for all work related projects.

I have nothing bad to say about procore it has been very helpful.
