What do you like best about the product?
Procore has been a benefical program for the productivity of my projects. Ease of Use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike any part of it as of right now. I wish Company Cam integrated into it.

Procore is allowing us to mainstream out practices.

Is a tool where everybody can see live every change someone made on the plans and documentation

I do not dislike anithing abouth procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1- project documentation- now everybody have the same information at the same time
2-change history- you can see who change and when
3-rfi location- you can see where on the plans is an rfi
4-change events- you can link a change order with an RFI, Submittal, Meeting Minuts , emait etc

Complete Project Control
What do you like best about the product?
Procore allows complete control of the project from budget reporting to private messages to subcontractor. Tracking of everything to finish on time or explain what went wrong to improve the next one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no yet found a downside to what I can get accomplished with Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the features I love is the Punchlist. When you create 250 items it is hard to remember them all in your head. You can set a date f completion and if they have not completed it by then they recieve an email daily to remind them that it is still open.
An overall great product for project management in the construction industry
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how procore provides a centralized platform for collaberation of project managers, subcontractors, and clients in various parts of a project. I also enjoy that it is easy to use and understand, and includes mobile accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside to procore is its complexity for smaller projects. Some users could be turned away due to its extensive feature set, and may require more set up time than smaller project management tools. It can also have a steep learning curve for new users, and more training is required than other management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some business problems that procore is solving is project miscommunication, inorganization, and project ineffienciency & underproductivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Having drawings, RFIs, Submittals, Budgets, Daily Logs, Pictures, Observations, Punch Lists, Directories, and many other tools in one app inside my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm struggling with a punch list created by the client, assigned to me but I have to redistribute it to the trade partners according to their specialties. It sounds easy but we are talking about more than 1,000 items for more than 16 trades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is much easier across the board with the app.

Everything you need is right there and for you to see

Their OAC Technology doesnt atumatically see all the drawings asscoiated in other drawings

RFIs can be done quickly and Submitalls are done in a a more effecient way
