Super user friendly and support center is great
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is very costly and getting Subs to participate in using it can be difficult sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial aspect has been great and has improved the accounting side by talking with Quikbooks

It keeps the job folders organized and makes it easier to follow along with the process of the job.
It is also easier to submit and receive returned submittals. One bonus is that you see what is remaining on your end so you can keep up with the PM on the job.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you are on for a little bit, it logs you out of the job but not Procore- so you try to go back into the job and you can't . you have to log out and then re-log in.

It keeps everything in a neat file for the PM's on various trades.

The quizzes can be challenging at times and provide no feedback if you messed up until you pass.

Procore solves the problem of organization and communication difficulties when dealing with project management. This benefits me because it provides a common app that all workers can use to avoid confusion.
