What do you like best about the product?
The communication aspect tand how feedback and quality control can be achived instantly from anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing i found least appealing was that with all the tools to have to teach not only field employees but subcontractors and owners it seems like alot of miss steps can be made which could bind up the system.

Powerful Platform with Endless Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
The Procore platform is robust yet nimble. The platfrom allows you to customize your expience to match your companies current workflows/standards while still allowing for various automations and time savings. Needless to say it is extremely easy to integrate into your day to day workflows. We implemeneted Procore several years ago and have grown with the company, it took time to adjust but overall we are up and running with very few hiccups - and when one does come up their support is second to none. They have chat services that are avaialbe all the time to assist. We use Procore on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is very powerful, however at times the powerfulness if lost in translation to the foreman of subcontractors - meaning that there is a learning curve. In my expiernce we have taken some of the least tech literate indivudals and gotten them to a level of using Procore for simple tasks. It can be done, but it depends widely on the indvidual and their motivation to learn. Procore has the tools and resources to help them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is a one stop shop that helps to pull everything together into one location for ease of access and organization for the entire team (Owner, GC, Arch, Subs, etc).
Procore is also very helpful at doing research on a project from several years back - gone are the days of sorting through old file servers trying to find some submittal that never got saved.

Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Having all documentation to hand at the touch of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new project manager, I have yet to find any downsides to using Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find all the documents for a project in one place is very convenient. As I am new to the company, it has made onboarding much simpler.
VERY USEFUL FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.
What do you like best about the product?
Having accessible data storage and accurate project updates. Very good implementation, also with very good customer support. I frequently use it, almost every day. And helps in integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, everthing is useful. Please make it more easy to use in the future.

Updating project templates like RFA, RFI and drawing tools monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very helpful with regards to file management.

There are some time that it needs maintanance.

Coordination with people that needs to sign a specific document/plans

it sends too much email sometimes which makes me forget to check due to bulk emails

Organizing everything allowing the team to focus on other task on hand
Organized Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Using Procore allows you to have a list of current projects as well as who to contact with questions. You can upload proposals for a team to review/approve and it will allocate who should receive the info.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to add an amount of an invoice, so it was denied and I had to enter it as a change order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let's me know who to contact regarding questions about the proposals
Very good training, however, emphasis on Admin permissions might not be applicable for all users.

Procore is Intuative, easy to navigate and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Several of the features are elementary, however, you are able to omit them from your favorites.

Keeping a tihght schedule and having all documents in one place.

Utilization and routing of documents for approval and availability for everyone in the team.

Excellent Construction Software System
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an amazing tool that streamlines the documentation and data entry processes effectivley and is simple to use once you get the hang of it. Procore is used daily for our project by everyone including consultants, subcontracors and the entire management team. Due to its practicality it is the backbone of our administraton processes and easy to implement and intergarate into the jobsite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complicated to learn and understand. I am in my early 20's and have grown up using computers etc my entire life. I am a lot of the time the go to for support with Procore onsite becasue I picked up the processes quite quickly however, there are still some parts that stump me at times. I can also see how the software could be over whelming purely due to the amount of features there are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves a number of problems purely because it acts a hub for all the information on site and also solves problems that we didn't know we had.
