One of the Best Construction Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
It has everything from Precon, Bidding, and Project Management to Closeout. Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation, Good Customer support, I am using almost daily. It can be easily integrated with you outlook email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I can't think as of now any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves almost all the problems of a Construction company. The best part is we don't have to use other software. Just pay for one software.
Avid User & Company Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Interdepartmental implementation enables cross-functional efficiency and productivity. Once the workflow is established in and outside of Procore, daily use becomes effortless for all levels of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the glitches require too many levels of support to resolve. Company turnover makes it challenging to stay on track with goals. Most benefits with higher implementation cost money with consultants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am looking forward to Procore Pay going live in Canada, as I feel like this will close a huge gap for Procore being a one-stop shop. The ability to use accounting software for bookkeeping only will eliminate the divisional separation and control of managing trades and timely professional manner.

some of the settings when toggeling from one page to another. these are minor and i wouldnt probably mention.

Streamline, training, consistancey across all projects.
Flawless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The lessons are super friendly and easy to study, comprehend and retain.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were sections when reading felt like a lot, I would suggest add more visual like the tool workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the metrics for all projects is essential to know where improvements have to be added.
Procore Use
What do you like best about the product?
Communication can all be entered and tracked in one place. The GC and Subcontractors/Vendors are all on the same page with status of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore Pay onboarding for Vendors seems to be confusing and somewhat tedious.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm amazed by the new tools, reports, customizable features, and virtually every app I use outside Procore is available to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, I feel there should be more interactive points in the training, so I'm not risking modifying real life projects while training.

The folder structure is clean, and I love being able to see previous versions of files and who's touching the documents
Procore Has it All
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can do everything on Procore. Procore is very user friendly. I love that they have the Procore Certifications that is easy to use. We were able to easily integrate it with Newforma since that is what our architects use. I use it everyday and implementing it into my daily routine was easy. I have had to talk to customer support maybe once and they were very helpful adn quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
If punchlist section could be updatd to have an option to 'pin' the location on an overall map drawing of the projects that would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one software is beneficial because i dont have to be swqithcing between softwares. it is all in one place.
Helpful Project Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very helpful to project management and communication because it has many tools to utilize and is easy to navigate. The implementation across a company is very beneficial and multiple users can access the infomration needed in one program. Also having an app and being able to use on-site or on-the-go everyday, is very convienent. Being in a large company, we were lucky to easily integrate this platform to our projects and be sure employees could benefit from all its features. The training videos and customer support were a key factor for getting this up and running accross departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been many issues to using this program and anything that does come up, has been easily solved or navigated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves our need for use of multiple applications for one proejct. It helps communicate to a lot of people at one time. And is especially helpful in document uploading and management. it's great to have a place where a large file size can be accessed and not worry about the email capacity. As well as quick, on-site information availability.
