Robust and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to use tools and processes

Needs to be more responsive in troubleshooting.

Procore is a very intuitive highly functional software that supports all aspects of construction management.
Organize and Prioritize your Multi-step workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create priorities and keep your project info in one place is a great improvement from a paper based process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation lead time is a lot longer than expected. Adoption process can be a strenious task if not implemented efficiently , we are coming up on a year since purchasing and are not at 100%.

Everything is in the app… office and field all connected

When adding photos straight from the camera, search albums is kind of stressful

Communication with home owners and job site managers and superintendent
Steep learning curve, with good vendor support, to a powerful project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very inclusive application and all aspects are accessible in the office on the desktop, as well as in the field on a cell phone or tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so very powerful that there is a fairly steep learning curve to get up to speed conducting even some basic project managment functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have one access point to most of the administrative items I need to follow to manage my projects efficiently and effectively.
Procore is the #1 software for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Procore is the ease of use. Procore makes it very simple & easy to keep track of everything from time management, project budgeting, and project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not believe I have come across anything that I have disliked about Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has significantly helped with drawing management. I have a much lower risk of old plans and drawings getting in the hands of contractors, and I can have confidence everyday that the contractors have the most current and up-to-date drawings.
Helpful but time consuming to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is keeps track of converations and sent and received items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to enter a lot of information and people for simple tasks like RFI's and Change Orders. Change Orders and RFI are very difficult and time consuming to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to track documentation of the jobs.
Procore is an intuitive and comprehensive management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The great advantages that Procore offers are in its intuitive interface, its dynamic connection between its modules and analytics, the availability of different languages for the software and support, and the ease of integration with the Marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least useful aspect of Procore is its modules oriented towards planning and scheduling; I think they still have a lot of room to grow in that area. Anyway, it integrates easily with other tools that fulfill this need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is the collaboration between the stakeholders. Procore helps us keep the builders, the designers, and the client on the same page.
So much Capability when using Procore. It’s almost a one stop for critical communications.

My personal favorite thing about Procore is the Meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most about Procore is the drawing ability. Compared to REVU, it's a bit archaic with limited design capabilities.

Communication and access.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaboration with the local Procore community, as well as the online groups. Procore has quite a lot of project management tools that are essential to administration and managing the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you cannot bulk edit submittal workflows, once a workflow has been assigned. It is only capable of a 1 for 1 swap of people in the workflow, but you cannot bulk edit the dates, multiple additions or deletions, or required or non-required responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drawing and specification updates and bid management. I work as a project support specialist and bring our public projects to bid. This tool allows for data management and bid documentation.
Streamlined Project Management and Pre-construction
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely organized and easy to communicate with multiple subcontractors. Website is easy to navigate for the most part, and everything you need is easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the apps are not designed well. I.E when going through bid lists you need to scrool to the very bottom to change pages. It would be nice if navigation buttons were at both top and bottom. As well certain screens are not sized properly and you are often needed to zoom in and out to find the buttons you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it extremely helpful to communicate with multiple sub contractors at once, and allow them to view drawing in real time. As well it is very helpful to be able to utilize drawings through the mobile app when out in the feild.
