Amazing Software & Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and available features. I have had an amazing experience with Rey & Kellen who are always there to support our team and implement new modules. Destiny on the ERP side has been a blessing with our multiple Sage migrations. Working with this team has been amazing and we couldn't ask for better!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ONLY thing I struggle with is the extensive change order process. It's not very intuitive and the multiple tier structure (even at the lowest setting) is often unnecessary for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operations for our PM & Field Teams, data insights, accounting flexibility. The list could go on and on. This has simplified all of our previous processes, given us a central tool to manage all of our projects, and allows easy visibility into all things construction in our organization.

Easy to use, great customer support, improves the way you track your projects.

I would like to be able to custimize colors to the reports

Get all the information of a project in a single spot, help us to keep track of all assigned tasks throughout the project teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It is good for tracking progress, variations, observations and RFI. good for document keeping and many other things.

I really don't see any cons with Procore. It works great for me and my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefeting us in many ways. It has made us work as a team and where we can all have the same platorm and see/ review the same documents.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Procore is that all the information for your projects can be contained inside the project so you are not trying to search for information in severeal different areas, files, emails, etc. Procore can be shared with your project contacts like subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, etc., so they too have access to the projects information. I love the fact that you can set different permissions for each of your contacts, so that you don't have to allow them to see things that should be kept private.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I completely dislike about Procore is that you cannot reuse an email address for a contact under a different company name. This becomes difficult when you have mulitple jobs under the same Owner using different LLC's. I can't believe this has not been fixed as I've seen many other complaints for this very same thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is a huge benefit to our company. Before we had two separate construction management software systems. Procore allowed us to consolidate down to one. We can completely manage our projects, share information to people involved in the projects like Submittals, RFI's, Drawings, etc. It helps to keep communication such as emails all inside the project so you are not searching in Outlook later to find information.

Helpful videos and downloadable pdfs available for training purposes. Very user friendly and easy to use once you have practice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application needs some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our company streamline our processes and also helped provide our field team with access to important documents.

Construction...made SUPER Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It puts the entire job in one location where the entire team can share and collaborate. Makes meetings easy, simple and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
All in all, some things are a little tedious...but I understand. It's important to document the entire project so that it becomes a living and breathing part of the project.

We are a new company. We are trying to fix a broken system. Construction is arcane, archaic, old and needs an update. ProCore can help my company make construction easy, simple, with less headaches. All with one app...ProCore!
Efficient, great for site communication

little bit complicated to learn but once you get going its good. probably needs to streamline a few more features around safety, notifications and distribution of documents

RFIs, variations tracking - able to collaborate easily and keep track of correspondence

If used properly, Procore leaves no room for disorganization of your project information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to not like, but I can see it being a pain for some subcontractors to get on board. If they're not on board, it takes more work to input their responses into Procore.

Less time writing emails. Procore generates automated emails for almost everything.
