Incredible product, even better service!
What do you like best about the product?
I am new to project management using sophisticated software. I am used to using Excel and pad and paper. Procore has made life infinitely easier and shows the full scope of a project in more detail than I believed was possible.
One of my favourite things about Procore is the customer service that I receive when I call with any questions. They are absolutely incredible.

What do you dislike about the product?
Change events. That took me a while to wrap my head around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates everything in one neat, organized space. From the mobile app to the desktop.
A good program but would like to see more enhancements for day to day use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that Procore is a one stop shop from take-offs to the final bid to updates on executing a fi nal project, making the import going from one software to another outdated The ability to annotate plans keeps all team members working on current documents even if changes are needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be extremely helpful to have subcategories within a group in the take off as well as estimating tools. Would also like to be able to import an excel estimate into procure. Also would like to go into an estimate and apply a filter for repetitive items that may be listed n multiple groups with an a single estimate. The bid tab in the estimating tool is to consticting in terms of the output information and how it is grouped
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating estimates in a somewhat easier fashion by including a take off tool in conjunction with an item catalog and estimating too.

Drawing organization, RFI tracking, Record keeping, Reporting, Visability
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough manipulation and re-configuring available to match current processes or need for a tool. Would like more customization features in tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has rapidly enhanced are ability as a general contractor managing a project to distribute plans to subs in an organized process with clear tracking of who/what/when. RFI tracking to know when a question has been initiated and what stage we are in towards getting the answer. Reporting ability to see outstanding items in one glance.

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps streamline every process that Im involved in daily, from document control to RFIs and punch list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting drawings - I wish there was a way to bulk export drawings in individual files by discipline. For example, if I had 3 disciplines in my set I should be able to hit export and get 3 separate pdfs for each discipline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps document control organized and allows me to create a system that is consistent across all separate jobs my team is working on.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Procore for years, first as a subcontractor and now as a general contractor. I really like the ease of it. Super user friendly. Working in construction, one will encounter men and women with all different levels of technology savvy. The Procore platform is designed to be used at alny level and this really comes in handy on the day to day level. I am very satisfied with the accessibility that is offered. Its so good to have everything right at my fingerprints concering my current project. Also, I can revisit older projects to see any notes, pictures, or anything else that I might need to see. All in all its a great app!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to using Procore is that the commercial level is not cheap enough for all phases of construction. So, I run into guys who dont have it, and have never used it. That takes time from my day to get them up to speed.

Procore allows the company to get all the information to us out in the field and keep it updated. Commercial construction is always evolving and changing and Procore allows us to see it in real time and apply the changes to the project immediately.

Procore is basically cramming what we do in 4 programs all into one and sends out automated emails after meetings and changes being made

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to understand and makes empowering new users simple. It allows for the customization of views and tools on a variety of levels, and can customize training protocols based on employee roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notification settings are too limited. The amount of emails that come through are not screenable by, for example, "final reviewer approval" or " reviewer outside of step took action"

Procore is allowing the project to streamline our observations, punchlists, and inspections and unify them in a single program wiht our document control
Great System: But be prepared to spend money on third party solutions
What do you like best about the product?
The interaction between Superintendent - PM - Architect - Client is great. organized very well on the PM side. Love the drawings, layering, revisions, and RFI/Submittal workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
The financial piece needs work. In order to do what we needed, how we needed we had to engage with another thrid party company to accomplish what we were told could be done in PC. After 4 months of vetting this third party software, we made a great choice but PC was not willing to compensate for lost time in thier system and unfulfilled promises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore makes the bidding process much easier and more organized. Processes are repeatable, and easy to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and user friendliness of the interface is a huge relief to someone new to the industry. THe unification of all related parties to our projects makes it extremely easy to document, report, and distribute information/communication all from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more full funcitonatlity from within the iOS app as some features are specific to web/iOS based platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procure has been a huge help in creating reporting and projecting for future projects based off the Procore history of past/current projects. Unified/timely communication is easily developed for all project related roadblocks/changes in plans/projects.
