Procore is the most efficient, user friendly way to manage a project.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the lessons and accesbiloity to learn how to use each tool and fcuntion, especillay with videos. I also like how simple each task seems to be in Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the older generartion can't seem to get a grasp of how to use it to its full extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes take offs and punch lists so easy and also doucmentiung drawings changes and RFIs simple.
Transformative Tool for Construction Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
As a construction professional, finding the right tools to streamline project management is crucial, and Procore has truly transformed how we handle our projects. From the outset, Procore’s user-friendly interface and comprehensive features have made a significant impact on our workflow. Procore has been a game-changer for our construction projects. Its comprehensive features, ease of use, and strong support system have greatly enhanced our project management capabilities. The key features for us are seamless communication, integrated document management, real-time project tracking, customization and integration, and user experience.
For anyone in the construction industry looking to improve efficiency and collaboration, I highly recommend giving Procore a try.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor downside we've encountered is the frequent updates and changes to features. It can sometimes feel like just as we're getting accustomed to a particular functionality, it evolves
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risk management, subcontractor invoicing, effective communication, document control, project monitoring and reporting, and user-friendliness
Great tool but expensive and difficult to get people to adopt.
What do you like best about the product?
Connection of all tools so that any action or item in any tool can be used as an item for support in another tool or action. Platform is generally intuitive. The support system is very good and easily accessible. I appreciate how frequently you adjust the function of features and add new ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Company directory is always a hot mess. External companies should be able to manage their own information and personnel without requiring the "owner" of the system to do it for them.
On a grand scale, the platform can seem overly daunting to new users. User (new) adoption suffers, as a result. In some cases, it can take years to overcome. I still have team members that won't use the drawings tool.
Inablity to delete documents in the doc's tool that are tied to other items is a temendous downside. Inabilty to share documents with external people that do not have an account or access to the project is a tremendous downside. Inabilty to send an email or transmittal to someone that is not entered into the platform is a downside. YES, Sometimes we need to do all of these things.
Outage reporting: I get dozens of queries about the status of a tool that is experiencing issues (sometimes hours) before the Procore status page reflects (admits) that problems are occurring. This causes frustration and mistrust.

contractors tend to manipulate procore on their side to make the architect or engineer look bad

Project Management that Works
What do you like best about the product?
That all documentation and management tools for a construction project is in one place and can be accessed any time for reference, followup or documentation of the process.
We use Procore daily and it makes management of a project so much easier. Like one stop shopping.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when Procore releases an update on a Tool or interface and the result is either clunky to use or fields have been rearranged and I can't find all of the important ones (or they are missing).
Certain Tools have more controls/restrictions on some of the fields available which seem overly restrictive (like being able to add a TYPE in the Project Level but it is restricted to Company Level permissions.
Customer support (product Library) is great but I wish the PDF feature was still available for downloading processes.

Central management of documents, tools, inspections, check lists, etc. for ease of access and record.
Review of Procore; Premier Project Management suite including estimating
What do you like best about the product?
Procore's tool kit is robust and well developed. The project management tools are very extensive and encompassing. Providing Project managers, site supes, administrators, and Subcontractors seamless communication and process management. We are starting to flex the whole abilities of this platform, simplifying our work flows, and consolidating our procedures.
The mobile app is very robust and offers easy accessability and use of the project tools.
Customer support is good, especially in the implementation stage.
As this is our primary estimating, and project managment tool, we are constantly using it and it has helped us grow significantly as a company.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Drawings tool in the estimating suite is not as developed as on the Project Tools, and needs a little more attention.
There is no Global way to track project statuses, you need a seperate software to compile all your job statuses, and display them per schedule or percent complete.

It's helping us consolidate our managemtent and processes, it also proviedes a seamless system for the bid to production process.
Procore is a great construction management tool for documenting RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is having all the documents on one platform that the subcontractors can all access and have everything up to date. It gives the subcontractors no excuses that they do not have the pertinent information to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had better markup capabilities similar to Bluebeam.

Procore helps me as the general contractor to put all documentation in one place for the owners, design team, and subcontractors to access. It's great.
the quizzes are streamlined and i love the ability to correct mistakes.

i love the seamless platform and workability from one platform to another.

no negative comments thus far. i have been pleased with every aspect.

Assistant Project Manager/ Assistant Estimator
What do you like best about the product?
The overlay is easy to navagate. Making it easy to find the project you need for maximum efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortuantely Procore does not integrate with all the other systems our company must utilize like e-builder. However, as explained in the introduction training this is something they are working on.

Procore helps solve issues with submittals and communication.

The way all tools are integrated to each other to be huge software. Integrations with third party apps like Sage 300 or Quickbooks

Procore Mobile App is still to limited in comparison to the web version. Need a big leap forward
