PROCORE IS THE WAY TO GO
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using procore are the common vocabulary in the construction world, the advanced technology that favors for document management and also the resources provided for better use of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides about Procore, I recommend this software to any established construction business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving our document management department. We use procore as our go-to, to keep general contractors, sub-contractors and colleagues in the loop on projects and items related to the projects.
I find ProCore to be a great one stop shop for any contractor

sometime not user friendly - lots of navigating to preferred area

there are several beta types that are in the works to make each area easier to use

Everything is in the same place, with plenty of tools to tackle our day to day use case. Customer support responds very promptly and has been very help.
Implementing procore has been a long but rewarding process and we believe it will be a very useful for us.
It helped us improve a lot of our outdated process. One as simple as sharing photos from the field has gotten a lot easier.
More robust (loading times, least error screens) compared to their competitors from our testing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is pretty expensive but felt like it's worth it.

Project management - making RFI's Submittals much faster. Document control is much more stream lined and accessible to the teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like how as a GC we are able to collaborate with our trades and stakeholders. It is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there are too many restrictions when using certain tools. I would like to be able to edit some of the fields in order to meet our company specific requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us keep organized records which beenfit our site teams and clients.
The Best Construction Software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a "one-stop-shop" that can handle most of any construction companies needs for managing projects from financials, model management, drawings and specs.
What do you dislike about the product?
A dark mode for the web browser would be amazing. Also, a bulk edit feature for Inspections and Actions Plans could be a huge time saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore keeps all of our projects data in one place that is easily accessible to all of the users on the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how projects can be setup with as much or as little detail needed depending on your need. The system doesn't take long to learn. Training videos are useful and you can watch them many times. It's user friendly. You can use it anywhere as long as you have wifi and a laptop. The customer service team is available at very convenient hours to assist you with issues and they don't make you wait long. I like how setting up vendors, subcontractors, projects and users are easy. Uploading documents are easy. Creating folders and adding pictures is all easy. Our customers seem to be comfortable using it and integrating to the new method of managing our projects. No one seems to dissapprove. I can get on all hours of the day/night and have access. Initially in the beginning, 3:00 pm EST is when the system would run slow but now anymore. It seems to have caught up with the time frame here.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prequalification process is not always user friendly. It was be nice if it could be customizable to fit a variety of subcontractors. Currently it is a one type fits most program.
Also, I wish there was a way to edit a user's email address instead of making the person invalid and setting them up again by the company. It's a lot of time and work when it could be simplified.
The speed and tone of the speakers from the training videos could use a different speed. Sometimes they speak too fast.

When customers are needing to upload their documentation for me to review. I review all financial, safety, insurance, bonding ad general information about a company before we decide whether or not to allow them to bid on a project.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the ease of use and the inovative way it incorperated the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues with the audio on certain vidos and issues identifying some interactive features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows me the ease of having al the information for all of my projects readily accessable across multiple companies.
Exceptional project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is fantastic. It is simply presented, with logical sequencing enabling me to rapidly change between projects and input data across a wide facet of disciplines. The ability to update information is something I take advantage of throughout my working day. I am able to integrate imagery into the projects for both a QA & informative purpose & I use this feature daily.
The customer support is prompt & capable.
New projects are easily loaded into the system & it is highly approchable as a product.

No issues to note. I find the product very "likable".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists greatly in expediting the building process form plans, to completion. All parties are able to reference current plans & variations. A concise record of communication between all relevant parties is readily availabe avoiding mis-communication & providing clarity at all stages of a project.
It is very helpful for communication on different projects.

I like how it is all easy to navigate and not hard to figure out new things using the training courses that they have.

I do not have anyting negative to say about procore, I just started using it and have been enjoying it.

It is solving communicating with other people on the job and submitting files to each other.
