Great for Data Insights, but Navigation Can Be Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidated data providing us with the ability to see what is going on in our business.

It is very big and somewhat hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all of our data and operations in one spot allowing for visibility and a single point of truth for construction projects
User Friendly and Easy to Use

User friendly and it is easy to get our team access to it

it can make some of our processes a little slower

User-Friendly Interface, but Licensing Can Be Confusing

Easy to use and consistent interface across products

The licensing when not on an enterprise plan can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is allowing us to remove our home-grown built in house system.
Great for Centralizing Data, But Lacks Customization.
What do you like best about the product?
One place for all of our data. The ability to report on all of the data we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have all of the features I would like. It's not as customized as spreadsheets can be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is making our field teams follow certain processes which protects our company. It's making project data available to teams and outside users/management.
Simple for Users, Powerful for Admins, but Sometimes Glitchy
What do you like best about the product?
simplicity on the user end with power on the admin end
What do you dislike about the product?
glitchy at times and can be slow to load and some tools are missing minor capabilities like drawing tool you can't change the font size on mark ups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the use of AI integrated with the system
Great Support from Procore, but Not Owner-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The Procore help desk support has been consistently helpful and impactful for me. I can always rely on them to be there whenever I need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speaking as an owner, I find that Procore tools are not really designed with owners in mind, and using them often requires a lot of workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform supports large capital projects from beginning to end, all in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The best PM platform around. Innovation is always the focus. The Procore training center is the best of any platform I have used
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model needs to be more friendly to the ebbs and flows of the construction industry. Pricing that is more in-line with the peaks and valleys
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The recent additions of AI, Agents and scheduling are really going to move our teams into a one- platform environment and allow us to leverage tech to allow our PMs to not have to be working harder due to the information requirements that Executive leadership has.
Great Project Organization, but Overwhelming Number of Options

all items for a project are in one location.

our biggest challenge to date is linking to our accounting software.

it is currently helping us to streamline our process as we grow different locations

Push early development of tools out before a complete solution.

Great Collaboration, but Tool Consistency Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Their ability to work with us and collaborate. They treat our team like they are partners with us and not just a software sales company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some inconsistencies in their tools and I wish that the way they worked between editing General Information sections and creating templates at both a Company and Project level was the same across all tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create tools that help to streamline our field teams work.
