Seamless and collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
The Procore support (chatbox and call line) and training videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of the reporting tool can be improved, though it's still sufficient.

Sometimes repeatative jobs, saves the data and hampers us to resuse the same data again, specially in directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps me to save data for my self and share with multiple business, also very user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Tools are setup and made to really help the project team succeed. Information can be viewed and easily understood. Easy to understand and see where a project might be falling behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to easily copy/paste sentences/paragraphs into text boxes in Procore. Specifically when entering contract/scope info for Commitements.
I'd like the meeting minutes tool to be better formatted with more abilities to hide and/or incorporate notes into the agenda for future meetings.
Haven't messed with the Procore scheduling tool too much, but would really like the ability to have a scheduling tool like Hoylu within Procore.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly reviewing, understanding, and updating budgets and change orders. Tracking work flows. Tracking subcontractor costs, invocies, change orders, submittals, RFIs, etc.
Best Overall Project tracking tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a complete repository for all project related documentation. It is a great database to gather forensic information on any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore could be a little more user friendly in it's layout. One of the issues is that when creating one or more RFI's at a time, you have to leave the RFI section and go to another section then return to the RFI to see the RFI's as you create them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary benefits are RFI and Submittal documentation and tracking, plus Email storage for project related conversations that need to be easily stored and retrievable.
We use Procore primarily as tracking tool for responses to RFI's and Submittals to "push" the responders for a response. It is also where we capture the in person project "dialogue" which can be useful in reconciling change orders, schedule changes, and similar issues that result from scope change that end up causing project delays. It is also our internal repository for all of our project related drawings and plans.

Estimating tool is getting more and more frustrating to use
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is organized pretty well between all the tools
What do you dislike about the product?
The estimating tool is getting more and more frustrating to use. Why is there no option to opt out of the beta updates? I do not like any of the updates for the estimating tool they have forced into my everyday use.

Disorganization is very easy when it comes to file sharing. Procore has a great way of keeping documents in order. The Drawings tool is a great way to keep revisions in line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore's documents tool is okay, I'm not a fan of it. I wish there were more options similar to the Drawings tool in the way it allows to keep revisions.

Latest and greatest version of drawings - it's a mess in folders. Procore's drawing tool is great.

All the different options are good, may this be coordination, RFI, Estimator tools, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everthing has been really good.

It is solving all problems related to construction digitilization.
Clear step by step instructions on each lesson, paired with good videos.

Long and tedious video chains; I suggest breaking them up even more.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn using the videos and working with the team assigned. It covers all of the items I need to run a successful project but has plenty of extras for upgrading as we continue to bid for bigger and more complex projects.

If I have to reopen and modify a closed out submittal the process is not a fluid as I was expecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the first time this company has been the GC for a major project requiring a PM software therefore the easy of access to drawings, specs, pictures, etc has been a game changer for us.
Very Easy to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuative. Hands on and not hard to learn. I like the meeting features and the daily log.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accounting side of Procore and invoicing is kind of messy and could use a rework.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings with ownership go seamless and are very easy to understand.
