What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow to update from phone to computer. photos often get stuck in limbo.

Finding documents and information needed to run the job.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore allows for a very simple experience keeping all documentation in one place. If users within a project/company keep up with Procore and input the data then it makes tracking of information and backup documents very easy, meaning less mistakes and rework on construction projects. I have used this for 4 years now, and we dont even use it to the fullest extent, and it saves me hours a week.
I would recommend to anyone looking into a project management software. And the best bit is that Procore actually listens to their users and improves elements that need work on, rather than having it as a flat platform not does not progress.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements of the system are a bit clunky, and dont work well for construction but this is normally worked on by the development team if an issue is encountered.
It is also difficult to implement, but that is something more to do with employees and elements within a business.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have data in one place for the site team to be able to find things quickly and easily, and then make sure things are completed correctly and less rework has saved our sites hours and hours.
Also the quality of our builds have improved and we have now managed to implement a very successful quality control procedure using the inspections tool.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly format. The 24/7 tech support and the plan ovelay capabilties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is promairly designed for the owner to be a general contractor. Whcih we use it for but we also use as a sub. The submittal format and RFI format is not all the user friendly when you are the sub on the job and not the primary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few reasons Procore has been useful lately is the ease of adding plan revisons and being able to overlay past and present revsions to ensure nothing is missed. As well as communicating redlines to all field memebers in one location that is accessible to all.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Procore for about 7 years and have found that it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that when invoicing the subcontractor invoice number is not shown. If you want to know the subtrade invoice number is you have to physically open the Procore Invoice and find out; takes a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any problems that arise, Procore staff are always on top of getting the issues fixed quickly which benefits the work that I do.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a central location for all of the project documents and data helps ensure that important information doesn't get lost in emails or get misconstrued through various Excel spreadsheets. Being able to easily access these same documents from a mobile device or tablet also helps the field staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features are lacking. The enhanced reporting is very slow and clunkly, and it's very hard to get the data shown un a clean and useful way. While there's a lot of options for permissions settings, we find that some of the "standard" permission settings are too restrictive for certain tools, but on the other end giving full admin rights to the tools gives too much abilities to certain tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore offers more flexibility than our previous Project Management software, and grants easier access to important project documents. While the financial tools are also powerful, it has been much more difficult to roll out, manage, and get full buy-in of the financial tools.

Best support team, most of the items can be tracked and linked to each other. I can report on Almost every item.

No dislikes, would just like to be able to adde related items to an report.

Bring waste down. Most of the items can be done and track in Procore, less double up work etc.

What do you like best about the product?
One easy to access location for all our documents and forms.

Nothing, we have no issues with Procore.

We had a difficulet time getting the forms and information from the field back to the office. Procore has streamlines that process and communication from the field flows in.
An Honest Review From A Company That Held Off Due To Cost
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is for the guys out in the field to use. We have a lot of technology scared, oldschool guys and they picked it up like nothing. The customer support has been amazing. It is so easy to talk to someone (A REAL PERSON) and get your answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add spec areas like we can drawings. We have a few projects that have multiple sites and each one has a different spec section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oh SO Many. It has turned our 2 day payroll process into a few hours. The guys have been turning in dailys daily! The spec section makes submittals a breeze. Allowing our supply house access to approved submittals makes ording so easy. The list goes on and on.

I love the organization of procore. All documents, financial, drawings are organized into different catagories for review.

With having multiple sites to look after, Procore takes up a lot of space on my phone.
