What do you like best about the product?
Procore gives our firm a professional appearance and the ability to run all of our projects in once place. Our subcontractors are required to submit invoices against approved contracts and we now have the ability to pay these subs via ACH using Procore Pay. There are numerous features available, many of which we are still learning to use even after years of service. The interface is simple and easy to use. Customer service is also A+.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many features available and I feel like the annual price increases are a result of continuing to add more each year. Many of these features are likely used at larger sized businesses. I'd almost prefer different pricing packages as we don't utilize many of the endless features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have cut down on the amount of AP processing times by inviting all of our subcontractors to input invoices themselves. Accesiblity issues were also solved as everyone on our team can access projects as needed.

Procore is a powerful tool, I cannot find nicer words to describe how pleased I am working with PROCORE, the app has empowered our workplace

PROCORE help Us share information in real-time with our crew, we can update blueprints, cost details, incidents, and many other functions immediately and accurate.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) wish I had more ability to customize observations
2) all dislikes usually lead back to being able to customize a process, but what I like best is the ease of the process (double edge sword)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a central platform for construction management and safety management. It is simple to use out of the box and and easy to teach to use.
Amazing Tutorial for Any Level of Experience
What do you like best about the product?
the in depth descriptions of each button. Whether you're an expirienced general contractor, new to the trade, tech-savy or not nothing is left to the imagination to figure out what each feature does, its all very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes because of the very detailed buttons, it can get overwhelming especially on a smaller device like a phone where your screen is filled with so much information that it feels like an endless list of features and sub-sections when trying to do any action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to comminicate with everyone involved in each project without additional apps, contact information exchanges, or fearing forgetting crucial documents. I work in a small group of general contractors and some times we have to trade projects and being able to have all the previous informaion of each job site at my finger tips makes that transition even smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
How it not only gave you an outline of the learning sections, it provided a video as well. the features consisted of videos, quizes to test knowledge, and a final exam.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it was a long training tool for the specific training that I needed.

Procore is creating a collabortive community where all disciplines could come together under one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Without Procore, we couldn't do our everyday management of our projects. I would say the best feature of Procore for our business would be the change event and order management. This allows us to stay so organized and we can see changes on all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have very many dislikes about Procore. I would say the main dislike is the non customizable nature of some of the features without paying for extra design hours. We had extra design hours awarded to us when we first signed up with Procore but without using the program extensively, it was impossible to know how to use these hours so we let them lapse. Now that we have a couple of years under us, we have a better idea of what we would like to customize but cannot do so without paying extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows all of our project personnel to have access to the project, from the project admin in our office to the supervisor on site. We don't have a cloud based document storage system so our project files couldn't be viewed in the field without extra steps in uploading them to Dropbox, Google, etc. Now we have Procore on iPads for all the project supervisors to be able to see change orders, commitments, drawings, specs, submittals, etc. This is a huge issue that Procore is solving for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It's awesome to be able to manage a project from the invite all the way to completion under one roof. everything from takeoffs to timesheets and change orders. Forward thinkers this company is! This is the way!
What do you dislike about the product?
The take off could be a little bit more advanced like being able to grab multiple measurements and counts in the same capture. Very robust for non-tech savvy people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meshing our takeoff, estimating and did proposal into one program and hopefully bringing our whole team together with management as well.
I've used Procore on many jobsites, it keeps everything organized and everybody on the same page.

Procore is hands down the most efficent construction based program to date. Navigating my way through the app couldn't be easier. I use this everyday for many different features. Procore offers over 100 trainings and role based certificates. 24/7 customer support.

Only downside I encounter is not having the correct access to some tools. This isnt an internal problem just tough to bypass.
