Easy to understand and easily accessible, a must for all CPM professionals
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best tools which makes managing projects a lot easier. All the data is available in one place and ensures trackability and gives visibility to all stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't come across any negatives

Meeting Minutes work well and are easy to document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Submittals Module could be a little more intuitive. I works but sometimes you have to fiddkle around with it. It may contain too many options to make it efficient.

Keeping track of documents and the steps in the construction process.

What do you like best about the product?
All project data is in one easy to manage location. They are constantly improving their software with the input of their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations are not as intuitive as they could be. Once you figure it out it is easy to work with but sometimes it takes a bit to figure out and understand how Procore works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of clunky old spreadsheets we are using Procore for multiple aspects of Construction Management. All our data is now in one location that is easily accessable and shareable.

Everything is helpful, nothing really needs major improvement

It solves the problem of us not always seeing the most updated plans
I love using Procore to do my day logs for my job its so easy to use and fast to load pictures
What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to use and helps my job to be easy doing daily log and organizing my man power and weather log.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that is less useful on Procore it helps get job done and organize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the issue of doing paper work in paper the app get it done and dont have to have the problem of keeping up with scaning and file cabinets.

Current import and export feature functionality - I know this is being enhanced by the Procore team so that's good

Procore is helping with organizing and structuring submittals

What do you like best about the product?
It does a great job of centralizing all information pertaining to each specific projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small learning curve, but Procore's training videos will help greatly with this.

Document control is a major factor in my work.
Software abilities depend on the user abilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like how well everything can be organized, assigned to people, and tracked. The search function in submittals and RFIs is great; seeing the overdue/almost due on the homepage is also great. Many of our contractors use this platform, and using the same platform consistently is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not really a complaint about the software, but I do not like that users with poor understanding of how to set up Procore are able to make it more or less irrelevant in a project. Maybe it needs to be easier to set up? Also, I don't particularly like the meeting minutes format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all current drawings in one place! Some drawings will be revised 5 times, and others not at all, and using Procore I don't have to wonder if it's the most updated version, as Procore keeps a collection just for the 'up-to-date' dwgs (and shows you the revision number/date).
