Comprehensive construction support

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has a robust suite of tools that support many aspects of construction. It is critical to operations and is used every minute of the day. Customer service is generally pretty solid when issues arrise, but I never need to utilize it. Older and younger users have pick it up and use it with reletively little training. Implentation is very company process based but Procore supports with many differnt options.

What do you dislike about the product?
Integration is generally a little difficut and requires close coorindaiton with Procore reps. This can be a very difficut process. Also, I will there were more robust search features and support of more complicated booleans. Text formating in meetings is ATROCIOUS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team communication is made much easier. Very fleshed out tools that provide ample flexibility. NEW BETA TOOLS ARE A MASSIVE VALUE ADD FOR SEARCHING FOR DATA IN CHANGE EVENTS.

Great for general contractors

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is great to use as a general contractor. I am a project superintendent and use Procore daily.

Most project documentation I use can be accessed on Procore. Procore is reliable for accessing latest drawings, specs, RFI, submittals. Photo tool works well. I regularly upload photos and export them to pdf for sharing in project meetings. Daily log tool works well. Most features can be accessed on your phone through the app and have a great user interface. We have recently started using Procore for daily safety documentation and it is working quite well so far. I like that my foreman are able to complete daily inspections, pre-tasks in Procore from their phone and also upload photos onto those inspections.
Procore is user friendly and most people can learn the tools quickly. There are lots of good trainings available online for team members that are "power users" and will use Procore a lot. Our company has created some company specific SOPs (standard operating procedure) for each tool that work well for learning our company specific best practices. The support team has been super helpful the few times I have had to reach out and ask a question. The Procore website also has a lot of tutorials and FAQ pages where you may be able to find answers to your questions without contacting support.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things I do not like about Procore:
-In the photos tool, when you print photos to pdf, they automatically print in order from newest to oldest photo, sorted by when the photo was taken. This makes sense but it would be very helpful to have the option to put the photos in a custom order.
-For most tools, you are not able to list people or companies unless they have been added under the project directory. In some cases, the foreman I am working with do not have a company email and cannot be added to Procore. This is problematic when I need to list foreman on meetings, inspections, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating several aspects of construction and project management into one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Having access to all project site documents at your fingertips that are live and current at all times keeps users information current and seamless throughout the course of construction
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of using procore are on sites with device restricitions and managing that.

Having Access to up to date drawings and details at your finger tips

Easy and Convenient

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Procore is that everything is cloud based, so never really a need to export and save anything on a shared folder such as dropbox. The tools are very straight forward and easy to figure out. Not much training necessary. I also like all the filters and search options. It really makes it easy to quickly find things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I export something like a meeting agenda, the PDF looks weird (font is messed up, spacing is not right)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage of drawings showing most recent but easily able to see past revisions. The iPad app is very convenient. Easy and helpful storage (photos, documents, submittals).

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for the submittal and RFI process is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Daily construction report module needs to be more intuititve and easier to follow.

The material management section within submittal items is cumbersome to make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, none right now.

email notifications. multiple GC and projects with one login

not all Gc are using Procore with knowledge of most benefits. and not all settings set

easy to distribute plans, RFI, submitals. then go back to check if something has been missed.

Great project management software

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to access how-to videos, training tutorials, and certification. The absolute best thing about Procore is the "Live Chat" feature that allows you to speak to a Procore specialist. It's perfect for asking questions or getting things fixed that I can't fix myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools are not as intuitive or user friendly as they can be. This is a work in progress and Procore is great about beta testing new uses and tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is a great project manangement tool for mangaging all of our construction projects. It's a onestop shop for communication between us, the general contractors, and our tenants.

First Course Down -> Many to Go!

What do you like best about the product?
The Certification Courses are nicely laid out and offer a variety of different formats for users to learn. Videos, click and follow activities, short exams are found throughout the course and if ever a user is unsure - there is an option to go back and retake the material again. There is also an abundance of "Click Here" to learn more about _____ buttons throughout the courses. This makes the ease of learning and the ease of integration into our current practices easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far - - -> nothing really stands out as not liking Procore. There is no such thing as an easy implementation of software. But PRocore tries their best to facilitate and make the implementation easy. Their are tons of support documents and live Customer Support agents to ask questions of. It will get easier as I start using it more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore offers one single source of truth which is consistent across our entire organization. It provides visibility, and transparency into our projects from all angles.

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one centralized location that is organized and easy to use, learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can lag sometimes. Would be nice to have more detailed markup options on the drawings, and the ability to mark up specs please!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping CM files for projects all in a single place, managing RFIs, change orders, submittals etc.

Good but not great

What do you like best about the product?
Handles project correspondence with subcontractors well. Good drawings tool. Daily site diary. Easy of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incident reporting tool is woeful in terms of forcing proper Incident investigation workflow.
Usage analytics and dashboards not freely available. Reporting is basic with proper reports requiring more 3rd party costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just administrative process is more streamlined and uniform across all users.
