Very professional
What do you like best about the product?
How easy the interface is to use and how convenient it is to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to easily access the job number not the store number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is always a factor your fighting and Procore helps solve that with it app by simplifying it and having all the information you need right then.
Procore has made project management and estimating so much more efficient

Constant development of the software, ensuring it moves with the times and creates a more streamlined process

Estimating not fully talking to the project side of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No lost data, speed of estimating - building a cost catalogue
I find it to be a great tool, and always improving.

Procore is always working to improve it's app for functionality and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I do not like about Procore is not being able to upload MP4 files into the app.

Project Management and Quality and Safety Modules of Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a construction management software that helps institutions automate their processes and go paperless. The company where I am working at recently purchased the project management and quality and safety modules of Procore. We are using it for quality inspections and observations as well as for our minutes of the meeting. It's also easy to navigate and we are using it almost everyday. On top of that, procore is also hands on in giving customer support all throughout our implementation period. They also give insights how to integrate our current processes to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there is no perfect platform. Some of the features on the dashboard tool cannot be customized. I hope this can be developed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore mainly helps us in Quality Inspections, making our processes automated and digitized. The platform also gives a summary of inspections and observations which makes it easier to view the analaytics.

Procore is a very intuitive highly functional software that supports all aspects of construction management.
Organize and Prioritize your Multi-step workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create priorities and keep your project info in one place is a great improvement from a paper based process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation lead time is a lot longer than expected. Adoption process can be a strenious task if not implemented efficiently , we are coming up on a year since purchasing and are not at 100%.

Everything is in the app… office and field all connected

When adding photos straight from the camera, search albums is kind of stressful

Communication with home owners and job site managers and superintendent
Steep learning curve, with good vendor support, to a powerful project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very inclusive application and all aspects are accessible in the office on the desktop, as well as in the field on a cell phone or tablet.

It's so very powerful that there is a fairly steep learning curve to get up to speed conducting even some basic project managment functionality.

I have one access point to most of the administrative items I need to follow to manage my projects efficiently and effectively.

What I like most about Procore is the ease of use. Procore makes it very simple & easy to keep track of everything from time management, project budgeting, and project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not believe I have come across anything that I have disliked about Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has significantly helped with drawing management. I have a much lower risk of old plans and drawings getting in the hands of contractors, and I can have confidence everyday that the contractors have the most current and up-to-date drawings.
Helpful but time consuming to use.

I like that is keeps track of converations and sent and received items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to enter a lot of information and people for simple tasks like RFI's and Change Orders. Change Orders and RFI are very difficult and time consuming to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to track documentation of the jobs.
