Procore - Making Construction Management Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, abundance of features, cloud based platform, great customer service via chat, mobile accessibility and ease of use and integration.
When signing up for Procore, the process of implementing data was easy. When used frequenlty, it can be a useful tool for anyone in devlopment and construction.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult for other users (consultants/trades) to buy in and continuously use and update their data on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps with proper document control, subcontractor management, schedule management and quality control on the job.

Procore is an all in one system that allows all my trades to have access to the latest drawings and files

A downside of Procore is the ease of customization, there are a lot of different navigation tabs and steps needed to customize certain tools

Helps solve the confusion of what our latest drawings are
Overall a good system. Helpful customer service and new features added.

A lot of companies are using it and it is easy to integrate with everyone.

Some items are locked down and you aren't able to get custom work done or certain fileds when making inspections.

Everything is in one place and helps keep the field and office on the same page.
Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate with everything being self explanatory. Love that you are able to edit submissions and shows the workflow of each task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to setup additional sequence to the RFI or submittal process.

Everything seems easy. Detailed explanition is nice.

There is nothing that I dislike about procore, but the pace in some videos is fast.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and allows you to provide a workflow that works for the project and its team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike about the tools I use.

It has made requesting sub billings/invoices much easier. I no longer have to send an email to each - I can send an invite to all as I setup the billing period, along with approve with notes for missing documents, etc.
Comprehensive system, meets all our needs
What do you like best about the product?
We use Procore for running projects and we also use the Financials component to manage the projects budgeting. it is used by the whole company every day. This allows us to document most facets of the project in one place. The system is easy to use and the customer support is great. We intergaretd with Xero woithout any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a project has been completed and it goes into an "inactive" state, we cannot easily run financial reports on our past performance/portfolio. Financial reporting as a whole is a bit limited.

Procore has helped our business keep Project running and management in one place!

How easy it is to provide transparancy for all stake holders.

The payment of subcontractors. Assessing payment claims

The RFI process and providing clear reporting to management
It is effective for communications between the EOR and contractors.

The submittal and RFI processing is effective and helps me track such documentation effectively.

The markup tools on drawings is clunky and in need of an update.

It solves the problem of project documentation getting lost and not tracked properly.
