What do you like best about the product?
The drawings and the quick links to the details and the fab sheets
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been on procore for about 6 months and everything is easy to navigate and if you run into a problem customer support is fast and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has made it alot easier for our field supervisors to navigate through the drawings and to give us up to date photos of the jobsite and with RFI's and change orders. Every app we used to use can now be in one which makes it easier to train new employees.
Once you understand the minutia, Procore is invaluable
What do you like best about the product?
Designed with efficiency in mind but without losing site of the needs and constraints of workers in the field. Once someone is fully onboarded and has time to wrap their head around the integration and each individual feature, it has made work easier and made teams more communicative.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions structure requires a lot of dilligence for every category. This is an important feature, obviously, but it's also quite arduous to stay up to date in every section of a project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data and documentation was exceedingly difficult to keep track of and share with all relevant parties in a timely manner. Now things are much more streamlined by uploading job documentation to procore and adjusting permissions accordingly
Broad, custumizable software for any size company
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has truly transformed our construction management processes at our company. Its user-friendly interface fosters seamless collaboration among team members, facilitating everything from estimating project costs to managing subcontractors and procuring materials. With its cloud-based platform and robust set of tools for document management and communication, Procore ensures real-time access to project data and streamlines our operations. The mobile app is allowing us to stay connected and productive for our field personell. Overall, Procore has significantly enhanced our project management capabilities, and I highly recommend it to any construction company looking to optimize their operations and deliver projects on time and within budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Procore is incredibly beneficial, the initial setup takes a lot of time and some users experience a bit of a learning curve with some of the tools and procedures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has been a game-changer for me. It's simplified communication between team members, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring everyone's on the same page. Managing documents is a breeze with Procore, reducing errors and improving clarity. Plus, the mobile app lets me stay productive wherever I am. Procore has made managing construction projects a whole lot smoother.
Hard for beginners but great once you get the hang of it.

ProCore subcontractor interaction is the best part. Submittals, drawings, etc. The customer support chat is awesome too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very difficult to teach people how to use because the interface is not very straightforward. Most people cruis e through the training without actually paying attention expecting it to be easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps with the digitlization and speed of returned and executed documents with the Docusign integration.
Its a very intuitive program.

The submittal registry is awesome. Helps keep things organized.

Tailoring it to your specific needs per job requirements.

Tracking everything and keeping it organized all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is great. The ease of using favourites and using the estimating system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having change events go into variations. Just get rid of change events, its a double up.
There isnt a Programing tab, like office project. You have to use a 3rd party, this type of program intergrated can assist in budgets etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good document and drawing control. Makes it easy to mark up plans and advise any issues and overlay new to old.
Easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with plenty of features. I can see the platform becoming very popoular with builders in the construction industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. Tutorial video to assist beginer use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managment of drawing and documents for tendering and project management.
Streamlined and accessible, but pricey.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has a simple and consistent user interface. Once you get used to working in one tool, the next one will function similarly. It has also been a great change for us to have everything available in a cloud based application, instead of having to VPN into our network to access our previous on-premise solution. Initially, there was some hesitance from my employees, but now they are embracing Procore because they can see the benefits. The customer support through their chat functionality has been easy to work with and very helpful. We have the integration with Sage 300 CRE, which works pretty well and has safeguards in place so things can be approved before syncing over.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the price. It is very expensive and is broken up into separate modules. To get the best functionality, you have to at least have Project Management and Financials. It is also very frustrating how limited the reporting tools are. To get robust reports, you really need to have Analytics. Otherwise, you are very limited in what you can do. My biggest complaint is that our horizontal markups (non-contractual like general conditions) are visible on the potential change order SOV to anyone who has access to the Prime Contract. That should really be a checkbox or a granular permission. You can select for them not to have visibility of the SOV on the Prime Contract, but that doesn't carry forward to potential change orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is making it much easier for field staff to have access to current project information. It also makes it easier for our employees to do things like create punch list items or RFI's out on the jobsite instead of having to wait until they are back to the trailer. It is boosting efficiency.
Pretty useful
What do you like best about the product?
All the Bim and DWG folders being viewable in documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Specifications section is clunky, and drawing revisions can be difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking drawing reviews is very useful with the submittals tool. Keeping drawing lists through procore is handy for adding to subcontracts.

While the frequency of changes is great, sometimes the changes aren't for the better.
