Great Collaboration, but Tool Consistency Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Their ability to work with us and collaborate. They treat our team like they are partners with us and not just a software sales company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some inconsistencies in their tools and I wish that the way they worked between editing General Information sections and creating templates at both a Company and Project level was the same across all tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create tools that help to streamline our field teams work.
All Project Data Easily Accessible for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place. Everyone in the office and field has instant access to project data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not sure how dislike anything. Everything is wonderful

Transparency for everyone.
Efficient Operations, Seamless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of setting up Procore, which was pretty simple for me. The software also makes processes more efficient and helps in standardizing procedures. I find it crucial to keep history and easily search data reports. Additionally, I value Procore's overall ease of use.

Poor Reporting format

What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop shop for everything. No need for multiple products and softwares

The processes sometimes are a bit repetitive

Great for Staying Updated with the Latest Technologies
What do you like best about the product?
Constant updates to stay on the leading edge of new technologies.

Sometimes the interface can be a bit confusing. It takes some time and practice to really get the most out of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefiting us by keeping all essential documents, submittals, schedules, etc. in one central location.
Procore Makes Onboarding Subcontractors Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very user friendly in that anyone that uses it can grasp the understanding within a days time. This is super useful for subcontractors who are invited to our projects to get acclimated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore tends to make updates without notifications. For example recently I was working with the drawings tool one day and the next it had updated to a slightly different layout.Not a big issue but would be beneficial to know about the updates in a better manner.

Procore is integrating AI into their platform that can help
Great Integration and Usability, but Intimidating for Small Contractors
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use user interface and seamless integration with many industry standard programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall system can be intimidating for small contractors and should include more tools for new/small companies to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore gives us the tools necessary to track out costs and time in real time updates to find and eliminate overruns.
Easy to Use, No Major Drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, I like that I am able to distribute key information to vendors on my jobsite

The drawing section sometimes gives me issues when trying to organize

Submittals, RFI's, drawings, meeting agendas. It helps me keep my job running smoothly.
Great for Communication, but Overwhelmingly Robust
What do you like best about the product?
Streamlining processes and better communication between office and field.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so robust that it's hard to find what you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Procore Pay feature is something we are excited to kick off soon. The lien waiver tracker was deciding factor to go this route.
Great Collaboration, but Needs Better Site Management
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration between clients and subcontractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are that sometimes things can get lost if nobody is closely managing the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the issue of craft people using out of date drawings by always having the latest and greatest revision.
