Great tools, looking forward to continuous evolution/updates as the industry too inevitably evolves.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to consolidate multiple aspect of construction to a single platform which can be accesible to various teams and branches of the company. I also like how activities are time-stamped.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it often is slow or freezes up. I do wish there was more latitude to correct "projects" that we improperly set up in the begining and now we're stuck with issues that seem to be unable to be corrected for the rest of the projects life.

One stop shop for current and historical information on any given project...current, old or future

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that every aspect of a project is accessible in one screen, from budgets, schedule, invoices, technical reports and progress photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all featurs are available immediately, new modules need to be purchased at times. Would also like easy transferring of files from MS Excel, word or pdf without the need for re-formatting

Procore brings every aspect of managing a project in one screen, shared with all users online.
That benefits the project management team in running the project, since multiple files dont need to be maintained in a separate location (for e.g. on sharepoint).
This saves time for the entire team and helps efficiency to improve with less time spent in the process.

Best Construction Management Software We Use
What do you like best about the product?
Orginized and streamlined process of processing submittals, RFI's, CO's, etc. Easy to find and compile up to date plan sets for our field staff whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, from a subcontractors side it is very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to see updated plan sets to keep our field staff woring with up to date plans.
Great all-around project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly which is key to getting people using it. Lots of capability to manage all parts of the project and integration capabilities with other software we have (financial, etc.). Good one-stop shop for most our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing seems to be an issue, huge increases every year.

helping us standardize our processes and ease of web-based and mobile based application for many of our needs.
User Friendly Construction Software!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides a one stop experience, especially given that is can synch with our accounting software.
Its' very user frienldy and easier for our poeple in the gfield to navigate.

My only complaint is the people in the field using the app versus the desktop viewing is that the differ greatly in appreanace.

All inviewing in the filed for superintendents is great! They now have the same access to docuemtns that we at the office have!

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to use and cuts my work time by half because of its efficiency especially for estimators like me,.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say there are some items that can be improved, like resending of tender invitations. It's not that easy to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time to send draiwngs and tender documents. It also helps me to track which trades are interested and have already downloaded the documents.

Having access to all the relevant information of the project in one place, the app for the cellphone/tablet is very useful in the field.

It lets you monitor a project's progress both through construction and administratively.

sometime photo downloads are problematic.

Cutting down on excuess from the GC and or subs not doing their jobs and or responsabilities.
Procore is an amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has great tools for managing construction projects. I love the different tools and the flexibility it provides. Support team is amazing as well as their online resources. The tools are easy to learn and use. As part of Document Control, I use procore full time to keep all projects well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not enought flexibility in the tools. It's not easy to run with GCs or other team members who don't have Procore and lack of coordination when they do have their own Procore system. There is also only a few tools where you cannot tag or update, such as specifications which is critical for Changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for organization and document control.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based, not slugish, intuitive. Use it daily, very easy to adapt to and customer support is very helpful. ERP integration is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a troubleshooting or error code lookup for when something doesn't link to ERP. The strictness of a Workflow locking a record as approved and not being able to make small changes. (I'm pretty sure we can change the workflow's last step to pending until we approve it) Creating insurance reports? Reports on last used date for companies, challenge of creating reports with only more than one module (directory/financials together?) Not being able to have a user in multiple companies: A developer might be on different projects, but each project uses a different entity name under which they operate; not being able to delete a user once they have been added with an incorrect email address
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More cooperation with subcontractors. Tracking changes to a record is very useful. Accountability is important. Having Daily Reports entered in the field. Access to updated drawings via permissions.
