Great tool for managing projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like how projects can be setup with as much or as little detail needed depending on your need. The system doesn't take long to learn. Training videos are useful and you can watch them many times. It's user friendly. You can use it anywhere as long as you have wifi and a laptop. The customer service team is available at very convenient hours to assist you with issues and they don't make you wait long. I like how setting up vendors, subcontractors, projects and users are easy. Uploading documents are easy. Creating folders and adding pictures is all easy. Our customers seem to be comfortable using it and integrating to the new method of managing our projects. No one seems to dissapprove. I can get on all hours of the day/night and have access. Initially in the beginning, 3:00 pm EST is when the system would run slow but now anymore. It seems to have caught up with the time frame here.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prequalification process is not always user friendly. It was be nice if it could be customizable to fit a variety of subcontractors. Currently it is a one type fits most program.
Also, I wish there was a way to edit a user's email address instead of making the person invalid and setting them up again by the company. It's a lot of time and work when it could be simplified.
The speed and tone of the speakers from the training videos could use a different speed. Sometimes they speak too fast.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When customers are needing to upload their documentation for me to review. I review all financial, safety, insurance, bonding ad general information about a company before we decide whether or not to allow them to bid on a project.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the ease of use and the inovative way it incorperated the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues with the audio on certain vidos and issues identifying some interactive features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows me the ease of having al the information for all of my projects readily accessable across multiple companies.
Exceptional project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is fantastic. It is simply presented, with logical sequencing enabling me to rapidly change between projects and input data across a wide facet of disciplines. The ability to update information is something I take advantage of throughout my working day. I am able to integrate imagery into the projects for both a QA & informative purpose & I use this feature daily.
The customer support is prompt & capable.
New projects are easily loaded into the system & it is highly approchable as a product.

What do you dislike about the product?
No issues to note. I find the product very "likable".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists greatly in expediting the building process form plans, to completion. All parties are able to reference current plans & variations. A concise record of communication between all relevant parties is readily availabe avoiding mis-communication & providing clarity at all stages of a project.
It is very helpful for communication on different projects.

I like how it is all easy to navigate and not hard to figure out new things using the training courses that they have.

I do not have anyting negative to say about procore, I just started using it and have been enjoying it.

It is solving communicating with other people on the job and submitting files to each other.
Procore is easy for architects.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Procore for 4 years now and it appears to be the product of choice for many construction firms for a good reason. It is simple and easy to navigate. Its format makes sense whether you're an architect or a builder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more integration with Bluebeam howeever. Perhaps I am not fully informed on all of Procore's capabilities but I do know that if linked with Newforma the work flow becomes more efficient on the DT's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an architect. In my business I need to be able to communicate effectively with the construction team. Using Procore I am able to stay informed and keep my team mates informed of all outstanding items.
A super Tool for alls
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fantastic organizational tools for companies, actually have all you needs and more. It's incredible how many more you can do it and you lear to use it on the courses they have. Thanks for all

Really so far I didn't find any. Im only have been using it for a short time. In the future its something came i let you know.

It's a super great tool to keep the company organized.
Extremely Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is extremely intuitive. Requires very little training. The various user permissions come in clutch for preserving important project documentation as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could get more subcontractors to use it. This goes for all construction software in general...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore creates a single source of truth for drawings, specs, insurance documentation etc. and reduces the number of meaningless emails.

I like that you can do almost any task needed. It is easy to use and the "live chat" feature is wonderful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning videos move too fast. It is hard to see what is actually being done when, for example, they are showing you how to create a report.

Having everything in one place without using several different programs that offer the same features.

Informations access quickly. We can have access in the computer, tablet or smartphone.

In my case, have problem to see the photos upload.

Procore as an integrated Project Delivery ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Procure provides an integrated solution for an excellent E2E delivery platform for all project members. The product does not only engage project managers but all members of the project towards the same goal. I find it quite interactive as it incorporates all sections of a project from initiation to delivery to control and even closure of any quality issues and change orders. It is easy to use and has good integration processes which allows implementation to be clear.
Procore also has a good customer support platform for any technical issue. All project team members will find it quite easy with the ease of frequncy on usage.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike here. The interface is good. The only aspect is how the procure mobile tool can be used offline in remote locations for site inspectors, quality engineers or even subcontractors.
