Procore Safety Module Review
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use the Procore App in the field. This allows me to perform inspecions using an inspection that we created to apply specifically to our project (not a pre-made generalized document). Upon completing the inspection or other forms, documents, etc. they are available in Procore for others to view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to delete a "form". Deleting a "form" deletes all forms created in Procore and removes them from either current of past projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the Safety Director, Procore allows me to "run" a report and collect the metrics from all of the projects. Specifically, inspections, observations, and incidents. From these, I am enabled to project areas that require attention either for training or for heightened attention and observation.
Additionally, the ability to assign a corrective action and followup provides one more benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
hat I find most compelling about Procore is its user-friendly interface and integrative capabilities. It offers a centralized platform where all stakeholders, from project managers and contractors to subcontractors and clients, can collaborate seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Procore is a great tool with very few issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralization of Information: Procore consolidates all project information into a single platform, solving the problem of data silos. This centralization means everyone on the project, from the office to the field, has access to the same information, reducing misunderstandings and errors. It benefits users by enabling more efficient decision-making and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
ProCore allows for fast and effective organization of project documents, tenders, drawings etc. Procore's customer support is very quick to respond and the agents that assited my coleagues and myself we very knowledgable.
Implementing Procore at our company was straightforard and has since been used frequently across our project sites by our teams, our consultants and contractors.
Integrating Procore with accounting software was interesting to hear about and is something we are looking forward to.

What do you dislike about the product?
Procore allows for granular security access, but it only makes sharing files more complicated. We anticipate that Procore will include file sharing features where we can buldnle together large files for consultants to download from a link directly, especially when requesting official quotes WITHOUT having to add that consultant on our Procore project and going through the hoops of setting up custom permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows for the segreggation and consolidation of files easily. I really like the way it tracks the revisions of drawings and how it handles OCR of drawing title blocks (for the most part).
Effective Document Control and Change Management
What do you like best about the product?
Drawing update integration and distribution is seamless and much more efficient than any other document management system and email distribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data entry requests are redundant and overcomplicate the process, specifically for submittals/rfis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On large projects with several updated revisions, the software makes it very easy to identify sheet updates, review the latest and greatest documents, and distribute to all applicable parties.

Ability to share large construction files for drawings, specifications, submittals and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't experience any downsides of Procore.

Helps expidite processing the review process of submittals and RFI's.
Procore - Great Project Mgmt Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Change order management and document sharing/management such as submittals, RFI's, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features get locked out/limited abilities to reverse/correct items in the change management process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps track and process change orders well. Smooth submissions, tracking for workflows, etc.

It's collaborative structure, which allows the full project team the ability to ensure success from start to finish.

The front end is not as efficient as we'd like.

Commonality of communication for all parties involved with a project.
Does everything we need it to AND at a pricepoint we love
What do you like best about the product?
Continuous updates and new features, many different modules and customization options. Reports as I want them. and great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's not to like, but I hate having to log in every time I need something, wish I had a way to keep me logged in for a few days at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Novice client who wants easy access in a familiar and intuitive interface, Procore fits the bill
Multi-Use Procore Advantages
What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about Procore is that my projects are located all in one place. I can access them daily, very easily without any hardship and so can my team and partners.If theri are ever any partners that dont use Procore it is very easy for us to intigrate them into the sytem and teach them where they will need to work in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of using Procore are that you have to take a good amount of time to fully understand what it is and what it does. It cant be quickly learned or adapted. Theri are still a lot of components that myself and my team dont know about and arent using Procore to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the issue of having to use multiple systems to manage a project. Without Procore one could not efficiently work on and complete a project.

All information in one place, easy to download drawings and specs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wifi connection on sites, others not be able to get the training they need in a more simplied manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New job startup, inviting all required, information in one location, drawings and specifications tracking, documentation easly found.
