Managing Projects with Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a comprehensive project management system starting for A to Z, all aspects of the project can be managed through Procore along with the documentation. The ability of giving different levels of access is a very helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when something is issued, it would be very difficult to undo, especially in the financial part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore contains the entire project, all the documentation, schedule, drawings can be stored, reviewed and upadted. The budget control is one of the best features of Procore.
Powerful, efficient, and organized
What do you like best about the product?
Plans tracking & Distribution, submittals, and RFI's.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Scheduling app leaves a bit to be desired. Schedules should be able to be updated automatically based on delay entries or increased field productivity. We should also be able to write a schedule using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking updated plans and revisions.
Makes the job a lot smoother
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast it updates. My drawings are always current and my mark ups are sent out to everyone on the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the offline version is difficult to navigate when I need to upload or take pictures
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication of punch list for all subs on the job. I don't have to personally reach out to each sub. Just hit one button and it blasts it out site wide.
Easy Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is userfriendly. Support team is also very quick and helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the plans feature was more accurate at identifying sheet names/numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of access to the field. They have access to update drawings within minutes of uploading. Same with specs, contratcs. submittals and RFIs
Centralized All In One Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Procore ensures no info is lost for the entire cycle of the project, from documenting a daily log to maintining budget.
It also intergrates all of the major 3rd party softwares like Sage, DocuSign, Drone Deploy,....
It is web based which makes it so easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Slow budget page and C.E page. If that can be improved, it will make the process faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster web software.
Best Construction Software
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how streamlined and efficient it is while able to do many different things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is sometimes stuff changes in the software without too much notice. They have really helpful live chat that will walk you through any changes though so it really isn't too much of an issue. I prefer they update the software with the times anyways.

ProCore helps with tracking submittal progress and keeping RFI updates all in one place.

End deliverables of the proposals I produce. Architects like the user interface

I can be overly complicated at times. It does not sync well with QuickBooks Online at all and creates many issues for my company

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive analysis - customizations - user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the set-up seems cumbersome, however, it's worth the effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place for project team to access information and tools; streamline communications; and reduce redunancies in document management practices.

The connectivity and streamlined approach to bringing everyone in the company into one universal platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the forms folder structure is laid out. We can a better folder structure or organize forms all together based on indivdually created main folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connectivity with field staff and real time ease of access to paper work done outside the office.
Good but needs improvement on the financials
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. Good for tracking submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes. Automated email reminders are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore financials is not user freindly for GC's. Our company cannot rely on the financials aspect and still has to use quickbooks because it performs better. Now our company is stick payong for two programs instead of one.

Eficiency. Helps the turn around time of the administrative work get sent out faster by team members. Financials causes more work for us.
