Made my work more streamlined and organized.
What do you like best about the product?
The connectivity and streamlined approach to bringing everyone in the company into one universal platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the forms folder structure is laid out. We can a better folder structure or organize forms all together based on indivdually created main folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connectivity with field staff and real time ease of access to paper work done outside the office.
Good but needs improvement on the financials
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. Good for tracking submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes. Automated email reminders are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore financials is not user freindly for GC's. Our company cannot rely on the financials aspect and still has to use quickbooks because it performs better. Now our company is stick payong for two programs instead of one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eficiency. Helps the turn around time of the administrative work get sent out faster by team members. Financials causes more work for us.
Powerful Tools for Construction Management
What do you like best about the product?
Procore helps to integrate the construction paperwork, information models and provide a great platform to allow different stakeholders to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I couldn't think of any. Will discover more when using.

Procore helps to provide the platform to share and deliver building information models through different stakeholders, which helps to better organize the model delivery.
Very user friendly and easily accessible.

What is most helpful is how its easy to view any document for each project for all parties in the Construction process.

What i dislike is how the Phone app doesnt have all features as the Desktop version has.

Procore assists in solving RFI's, Submittals, Punch lists, and photos.
Easy user interface, save cost, time however there is a major problem in not having multi currency

Submittal and financial tool are very reliable and money saving

Not having multi currency and not being able to update the schedule progress on web

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a one stop shop for our construciton industry. As a subcontractor, we utilise Procore for daily logs, document sharing, cost forcasting and all safety erports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software is more on the expensive side but the benifits outweight the costs at the end of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to implementing Procore, we were not accuratly tracking out job costing, which hindered the bottom line extensivley. We can now forcast our job costs, accuratly project project profitability which allows us to plan out company growth properly.

Self directed training has been difficult for some staff.

What do you like best about the product?
It has truly saved thousands of manhours on our projects and is our one-stop shop for everything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fields aren't as customizable as we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving us from having many different softwares to manage the project
Great tool for keeping all project information in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we have the ability to see all the pertinent job information from the office or in the field. It keeps everyone on the same page; clients & subcontractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we have is that we don't have the ability to separate budgets by multiple contracts for the same project. We have two contracts (property mgmt & tenant), but cannot sort the budget to view only one or the other contract if need be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the information is in one place for all parties involved with the project. Updates to the project are easily sent to everyone.

Helps with visibiltiy for all stakeholder, managers and owners.

Nothing to dislike. Only need to use the tools that help you and your team.

Procore helps keep everything you need on one platform. Its easy to learn and implement a solid project management strategy.
Keeps owners and managment informed of the project health and they can easily track progress with the dashboard, daily log and photos.
