Procore helps to keep all of our information in one place for a project and track bid recipients.
What do you like best about the product?
User directory and contractor directory are the most useful tool as an estimator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the system can take awhile to load in actions on the "bidders" tab when trying to sort of change bidder recipients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves our issue of tracking who is bidding a project. With contact information at our fingertips for all of our contractors that work with us, it solves the issue of looking through past emails or contacting a generic office telephone number if we are looking to speak with someone directly.

How customizable the software is. Support team is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to use custom solutions to build custom reports. Other solutions allow to built custom reports and forms.

They are constantly adding new features to the accounting and ERP integration.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Procore is that all team members have access to the same information whether you're using the web or an application on your phone or tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quantity of emails it outputs per item. I've noticed that some tasks result in several emails, which can get overlooked easily.

Procore solves our business problem of documenting events that take place on the jobsite. We also use it heavily for punchlist items.
It takes a lot of button pushing to get anywhere but is good to have everything under one software

How to stream line procore uploading process so all cost codes speak to eachother
Wonderful Integration With Only A Few Qwerks
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a wonderfully integrated software that allows the company/users to input, organize, control and distribute information for a given project. From this platform the user can create a project, input information throughout the course of the project and even bill customers/owners from within the same program. Seamless connection between RFI's and change order management including automated communications to all registered users. It's so easy to login that I can even use the app to make lighter changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is meant for simpler changes to your projects and does not offer the full flexibility of the website, but at times that is all that is needed, so understandable. The RFI page always sends you back to the top of the page when you finish working on a particular RFI. That means when you exit the RFI you are automatically sent all the way up to the top of the RFI list and when you have a lot of RFI's its really frustrating. Uploads seem to work on an "as the program feels like it" scenario where sometimes you are allowed to upload files and sometimes it only works for one file or not at all.

Effective in file sharing and hosting in one primary location for better data management.

ProCore streamlines the process and makes it easier to implement the reports needed.

I felt like there was some information that did not apply to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that this will benefit the Admin team when we do "billings" each month. I like the fact that we can include Lien Waivers as attachments.
